Top class all round.
The service I received was excellent, as usual, from this well-organised company. The arrangements made were kept and I’ve had no problems with the hoist, the left foot accelerator or the boot lid strap. First class from start to finish. Thank you very much.

I'm sorry to read you think the boot strap is too long. Boot straps are held in place by a magnet when not in use which allows you to attach the strap too. The strap will then release itself on impact of closing the boot ready for you to use when the boot is next opened.
If you wish to have to your boot strap shortened, please get in touch with us at your earliest convenience on 0161 430 2151 and we can make arrangements for this.

Hand controls fitted at ford garage, was not consulted about rake of steering wheel.

I can see you have used our hand control for a number of your previous vehicles and as a long standing customer of ours i am sorry we have missed the opportunity to speak to you about the rake of the steering column.
As a rule of thumb we would usually have the wheel set all the way up and all the way out to give the most amount of room for the hand control to operate in. If this position is not comfortable for you in your new car please get in contact with us on 0161 430 2151 at your earliest convenience so we can arrange for an engineer to adjust the position for you.

Previously I had the twin flip pedal which I was very happy with. The experience with this type of pedal so far has been mixed no withstanding the faults it has brought. I would prefer the flip pedal to the one I have

Dear Mr Dellimore,
I can only apologise for your experience so far. Unfortunately when we design our products we are limited by the car manufacturers designs. In this instance BMW use an organ style accelerator pedal which is mounted to the floor whereas other manufacturers use an accelerator pedal that hangs from above.
When the accelerator pedal is on the floor and there is no pivot from above we have to design the left foot accelerator to be electric. This means you will have an accelerator pedal on the left that mirrors the accelerator pedal on the right with a switch which controls which pedal is active.
If you would like to call us next time you are ordering a vehicle we can confirm which type of left foot accelerator will be fitted to the vehicle.
I will be in touch via phone shortly to discuss the issues further.

We have used Jeff Gosling to adapt three cars for us, to enable me to drive them. They have always given us excellent service.
