Great experience for 13 year old. Friendly people, great tech, the boy was thrilled ! Might even go back !!!

My son recently visited JetEx in Frome and had an incredible experience. A huge thank you to Mats T., who was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire visit. My son had a lot of questions (and I mean a lot!), and Mats took the time to answer every single one of them with genuine care.
The experience has clearly ignited an even deeper passion in him to become a pilot. It is rare to find such high-quality instruction paired with such great mentorship. I would highly recommend JetEx to anyone looking to explore aviation!

What a fantastic experience!
It was so realistic I forgot I was in a simulator. Mats the instructor was such a lovely friendly guy and a perfect co pilot who gave great positive feedback during the flights and he ensured I got the maximum hands on experience I could ever have wished for! 100% recommend this company and the team.

I did a Fear of Flying session today and I loved it! It so realistic and during the first take off, I felt the familiar fear but because we were able to do it several times, that quickly passed and I had a whale of a time. I was even able to take the controls myself and land at Gibralter! We also experienced landing with one engine on fire, a go-around and some pretty rough turbulence. So booking a short 'real' flight now and feel excited rather than terrified. Knowing what to expect in the worse case and seeing how safe these planes really are was very reassuring. I'd recommend this to any nervous flyer. Thanks guys!

The staff made are really nice chaps,very friendly. My son Harley hasn't stopped talking about his lesson,and sitting as a passenger watching it was just like the real thing and breath taking. Thanks you very much guys for making my boys dream come true. Mr Sherratt south staffs.

An amazing realistic experience. 2 hours in the sim was not nearly enough! I’ve waited years for a full motion sim became affordable. I gained my glider pilots licence years ago and always yearned for some time in a sim. After the first flight at my request we had some fun! Engine failure before V1, engine failure immediately after rotation followed by hold fire and wheel well fire then finally landing the aircraft, CAT2 ILS approaches into Bristol, and a couple of low viz, rainy approaches into Heathrow. All flying was with the autopilot off so it was amazing fun and I can’t wait for another 2 hour session, I have a few airports and scenarios that I would like to practice. Sadly I can’t remember the name of my instructor, he was excellent and deserves credit for making this such an amazing birthday experience.

Me and a friend purchased two 1 hour slots back to back. We both took turns over the two hours to be 'pilot flying' and 'pilot not-flying' - in the left and right seats. I have some real world (light aircraft) flying experence, my friend had none. We both throughly enjoyed ourselves, multiple take-off and landings at multiple airports (of our choosing), including one with bad weather. Victor, our instructor, was friendly, attentive, and obviously very knowledgeble of his aircraft. Highly recommended.

I had a 90 minute session - fantastic fun. Victor was an excellent instructor - taking on board my requests for flight experiences. I would definitely recommend

what an experience after spending nearly 2000 hours on msfs and xplane and then coming onto this sim wow changes your perspective completly staff were amazing and made me feel at ease real pilots is well defintly made me feel at ease i can not recommend this enough thankyou jetex from dan

Amazing experience, I would thoroughly recommend to anyone with an Interest in flying or not!
Victor who was my instructor / pilot monitoring was superb and really brought the 3 flights to life adding challenges as I got more comfortable. I would love to return and try some trickier flying in the future

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain how everything worked, answered all our questions, and made us feel completely at ease.
The simulator itself was unbelievably realistic. The full-motion platform genuinely makes you feel like you’re in the air you can feel every turn, climb, and bit of turbulence. The cockpit detail is amazing, and the instructor guides you through everything in a way that makes it both authentic and fun, rather than overwhelming.
It was booked as a birthday treat, and it couldn’t have been better. What made it extra special was that two other people were able to join in the cockpit, so it became a shared experience rather than just something to watch from outside.
If you’re looking for something different for a birthday, a gift, or just a unique experience, I’d highly recommend it. Brilliant fun, professionally run, and genuinely memorable. ✈️

An absolutely fantastic experience. Excuse the pun but the 2 hours flew by. Victor was a great instructor/co pilot and explained everything clearly and concisely. With the full motion it felt just like the real thing. Will definitely be returning. 2 hours just isn't long enough!

Very realistic experience. Excellent tuition and just about the right amount of independence when operating controls. Oh and great fun for the passenger.

This was a far better experience than I was expecting. Instruction was first class, simulator was very realistic, highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived the really professional way my self and family were treated was excellent, the hospitality for the family in the viewing area was brilliant.
The flying experience was absolutely incredible from the induction to final landing really enjoyed the whole experience, first class.

I went with my Dad and I loved it. The staff were superb and the experience matched it. I flew from Gatwick to Heathrow and then I flew over the Alps in Austria. It is definitely an experience to try. JetEx are manufacturing a jump jet and spitfire simulator and when they are finished they would be something to try considering how good their Boeing-737 simulator is.
