The whole thing experience was first class. The instructor was a retired pilot. I am a nervous flyer and he did a great job of explaining how planes work. The flight simulation was fun, he demonstrated how the plane takes off and lands. Then he let me take a turn. It was great value for money. The Jetex team were friendly and made me feel welcome.

I treated my son to a flight simulator experience for his birthday today and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He had the most incredible time — completely immersed and smiling the whole way through.
What really made the experience special was the people. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, making us feel relaxed from the moment we arrived. They clearly love what they do, and it shows in every detail.
A huge shoutout to the trainer, who was a retired airline pilot with 30 years of real-world experience. His knowledge, stories, and calm, encouraging manner made the whole session feel authentic and exciting. He struck the perfect balance between being professional and fun, making it easy for my son to learn while still feeling like he was truly “flying”.
If you're looking for a unique gift or unforgettable experience, I can’t recommend this enough. A brilliant day, wonderful people, and memories we’ll be talking about for a long time.

I recently enjoyed a 90‑minute Boeing 737 flight simulator experience at JetEx Simulation in Frome, gifted to me by my wife, and it was nothing short of outstanding. Coming from an aviation family, my expectations were high, and I arrived feeling both excited and a little nervous. I’m delighted to say the whole experience exceeded everything I’d hoped for.

When we arrived, we were welcomed by Victor, who was an exceptional instructor. He was calm, clear, friendly and a brilliant communicator. He made the session engaging, immersive and confidence‑building, and he included my wife in the jump seat throughout, which made the day even more special.

The entire process, from buying the gift voucher to booking and then the experience itself, was seamless and extremely well organised. The venue in Frome is easy to find and has convenient parking, which makes the visit stress‑free from the moment you arrive.

Whether you’re an aviation enthusiast, a complete beginner or simply looking for a unique and memorable experience, JetEx Simulation is fantastic for all ages. I absolutely loved every minute and will definitely be returning. I’ve already started recommending it to friends and family.

2 of us booked a 2 hour session and it was far beyond anything I expected. The instructor was a retired airline captain and was the best person to train with. The simulator is superb and is a real cockpit with real motion and sound. What a superb facility. Thanks.

Throughly enjoyed the simulator for 2 hours for my 40th birthday present.
Victor and Mats? were brilliant and made everything seamless.
I’ve got 800 hours on GA and Microlights, and I came out exhausted having been put through my paces landing multiple times at Gatwick, Gibraltar and Innsbrook!
Despite handling the flight controls, I had to rely completely on Mats to operate everything else to make it all come together. He made it enjoyable and was great at guiding me through the time in the 728 sim.
Highly recommended to anyone looking to experience flying a 737.

What a fantastic time we had with JETEX! I gifted my 12-year-old a 30-minute simulator session for Christmas, hoping it would inspire potential career paths. He was thrilled! Victor, his instructor, was approachable, patient, and very knowledgeable. We both found it incredibly enjoyable and look forward to coming back soon. We heartily recommend this experience to others.

This was my first experience in a flight simulator. Having compared reviews with others around the country I decided this was most likely the best option, and I stand by that decision. The fact that it's full motion and made from a full cockpit taken from a retired 737 means that it's about as real and authentic as you're going to get without actually getting into a real aircraft.

The staff who handled my visit had great knowledge and experience which meant that it was also a learning experience for me. They asked about my background with flight simulators and used this information to adjust my experience to make it worth my while.

They are easy to find and in a very accessible location which made it very easy to just walk in and get on with it. The prices are very reasonable compared to other simulators as well.

They also have other projects going in the background which shows that they want to grow and I wish them all the best in doing so as they deserve it.

Wow, what an incredible experience with JETEX. Bought as a Christmas present for my 12 year old son - a 30 minutes experience in the simulator to aid future career choices. He absolutely loved it! I’m thinking about becoming a pilot one day, and my time in the full motion simulator at JetEx was absolutely amazing. It was so realistic — it genuinely felt like I was inside a real jet. From the sounds to the movement to the visuals, everything made the experience incredibly immersive.

It was not only fun but also very inspiring. It gave me an even bigger appreciation for flying and what pilots do, and it made me more excited than ever about possibly pursuing aviation in the future.

I had a great time and would 100% recommend this experience to anyone — whether you’re seriously thinking about becoming a pilot or just want to try something exciting and different. It’s a fantastic experience!

This was a birthday gift for my husband (aviation enthusiast!) and it was perfect! JetEx provides a unique, realistic flight experience and to have such a facility in the area is fantastic! Romek greeted us and he was friendly, relaxed and chatted about the business and the flight was overseen by Victor who was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and, in a word, brilliant. In terms of recommendations, booked another session as I think it is the best present possible for someone with a love of planes!
Another gift was me sat in the seat behind my husband without offering directions or advice as I was truly in awe of what was going on! No backseat flying!!

Today we had a great flight experience at the simulator in Frome with JetEx.
Right from the start there was a friendly welcome. We had a 30 minute simulator experience which was enjoyable and educational. The pilot had been a commercial airline pilot for 30 years and was knowledgeable and informative.
It was great fun taking off and landing both during daytime and at night.
We will try to return for another potentially longer flight experience, and would definitely recommend to others.

Took my Grandson for a 13th birthday treat and he thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. His pilot was really friendly, helpful and patient and Joseph can't wait to go again. Happy to recommend.

I'm autistic and love planes - this was a birthday present and I absolutely had the best time ever. Mats was immediately so welcoming and friendly, was very clear in all instructions and I really can't express how much I enjoyed the experience! 1 hour felt like 10mins.

What a fantastic experience it was amazing you have got to try this took of from Gatwick did a turn about and landed so real night landing also and a landing at Skiathos brilliant instructor will definitely do this again

It has always been on my bucket list to have a go at flying a commercial jet. So found this great company,JetEx, in Frome, who offer packages to experience their fully realistic Boeing 737 simulator.

Went along with my brother who also works in the aero industry at Rolls Royce.

We were made very welcome and had a tailored and personal 2 hour session flying the 737 from the captain’s seat.

The view out of the simulator was so realistic and we flew in and out of Gatwick, East Midlands, Innsbrook, London City and La Guardia.

A fantastic experience and thanks to the guys for making it personal and with patience.

Thanks to a great afternoon. Me and brother had an hour each running together. Our instructor was so informative and made it so interesting. The simulator was so realistic and the choice of different airports and landscapes were amazing. What a great trip and I would recommend it to anyone.
