I have found this company a pleasure to deal with. They respond quickly and fairly. It is a joy to actually find a company that actually values its customers. Thank you Jewellery Stockroom.

Excellent product and efficient delivery time. Although courier company left parcel at the pillar in the rain. But product was well packed.

Ordered 2 9ct gold chains, only 1 was delivered. Have sent email. No response. Have messaged via their facebook page, no response. No contact number. Terrible.

The delivery of my order was so fast. The product I received was perfect for my needs and the quality was excellent.

The website was easy to navigate, I had something in mind and found exactly what I was looking for and delivery was so quick. I would use the jewellery stockroom again.

The necklace I ordered arrived in a torn bag with the chain hanging out. The chain was knotted and couldn’t be unravelled. I contacted jewellery stockroom to let them know about this and had no response. Terrible customer service. I would have expected more buying expensive jewellery from a so called reputable jeweller.

Ordered a Sterling Silver St Christopher Signet Ring, which turned out to be far too small and didn’t suit me, so I requested a return (and had to pay the return postage). After they received the package, I was told the box had arrived empty. Despite multiple emails back and forth, they continued to insist I had sent an empty box. Considering the total cost was under £30, I eventually gave up pursuing it - but I wanted to warn others who may consider purchasing from them, especially if you might need a refund.

I’ve read the company’s reply, and I want to clarify a few points for anyone considering a purchase:
1. My return was not “empty.” I returned the ring exactly as instructed. The suggestion that two staff members opened the parcel and found nothing is simply not consistent with reality.
2. The company keeps referring to their “policy” and tracked postage, but tracking only confirms delivery - it doesn’t prove what was inside the package on arrival. They are shifting responsibility onto the customer rather than acknowledging the possibility of an issue on their side.
3. At no point did they offer any practical solution, even though this was a low-value item (<£30). Their position was simply: “We say it was empty, therefore it was.” That leaves customers with no protection if anything goes missing after posting.
4. I didn’t ask for anything unreasonable - only a standard refund for a returned item. Instead, the burden was put entirely on me, with no goodwill gesture, no investigation, and no middle ground offered.
5. Their reply mentions they “never wish to imply dishonesty,”
yet the entire message does exactly that, while also implying I should have paid extra for insured postage just to return a £30 item.

This experience reinforces my original warning: if you need to return something, you may find yourself in the same situation - blamed, dismissed, and left out of pocket.

Really great quality earrings for the price point. suitable for every day wear, sturdy mechanism but light on the ear. Service and delivery was speedy.

Bought a named Necklace and was delivered just a little later than I expected but my fault as the information was there for me to read. It arrived on time and was beautiful. My wife loved it and it’s 9ct gold. Thank you.

Products are ok, the support post purchase is shocking.
They made me feel like a criminal. Zero customer service, 100% mistrust.
I've never had such a negative experience with a company.
They sent me the wrong item. I had to send them photo evidence which is fine. They sent me details to arrange a collection. This happened with a tracking number. I had assumed, stupidly, that the correct item was on its way!! I didn't receive the correct item so contacted them and was told it wouldn't be sent until the other item was received. We're talking about £20, not an expensive diamond ring! They then said on this occasion they'd send the correct item out before the wrong item was received. Eventually asked for a refund.
At no point did I feel they were helping me, at all times I felt I was not trusted or believed.
I would NOT recommend under any circumstances unless of course you like being treated like s**t

Excellent. My first order came quickly even with the Royal Mail strikes. Very well packaged and good quality. Will definitely buy from them again.

After being a customer on the jewellery stockrooms Etsy, shopping on their website was nice. I bought some earrings for myself and my daughter. the free delivery was fast and they have cute packaging! I'll be shopping with them again for Christmas xx
