They are a first class store
They are a first class store, needed a new light bulb for an upstanding lamp, old one not made anymore sent them a photo and returned a photo and details of an LED bulb. Fantastic!

Excellent customer service and goods delivery
I rang J Harries to check actual stock against website. My query was quickly answered and completed by a very helpful, courteous and cheerful colleague. Ordering was quick and goods arrived in good condition before agreed date so the 5-star rating is well earned!

Speedy delivery, very happy
The delivery service was good. I thought that the PCB could have used a little more packaging. The surface mount components had longish legs and looked quite fragile. It worked fine on arrival but a bit of cardboard to protect the components might be worthwhile.

Unfortunately for me it appears my in line extraction fan unit is faulty not the circuit board you sent as when I installed it the fan still did not work.
Do you do a 100mm dia in line quiet unit with run on timer ?

Good, efficient customer service
This company had what I wanted where other companies did not. They despatched the items quickly and they were well packaged. My impression is that their customer service is very good.
