Today I got my shoes

Today I got my shoes, I want to say it’s was extremely quickly, it’s took one day delivery. Size is okay and it so beautiful. Thank you!
I don’t know why so many bad reviews.

AWFUL customer service.

AWFUL customer service.

Having paid for next day delivery on a pair of shoes for my wife’s birthday, there was no sign of any delivery for 5 days.

Repeated calls and emails to their customer services ended up in them “sending an email to the dispatch department”. It seems that that was their one and only available option to resolve the situation.

In the end, we cancelled the order and went to Harrods who, happily, know how to serve customers.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE unless you fancy winding yourself up for a 10 day period.

Poor customer service from Jimmy Choo

I purchased some Jimmy Choo diamond light trainers in February 2023 and only the second time of wearing them I stepped in something that has left an orange mark on the side of the right trainer sole. Due to the material of the sole the mark has stained and cannot be removed without perhaps causing further damage to the trainer. I contacted Jimmy Choo who after several weeks and telling me only a week ago they are trying to arrange for them to be cleaned, I've now today been informed they cannot arrange to have them cleaned and they are closing the case.
They said the photos show the marks have deeply penetrator the sole so won't be able to be cleaned. I told them I've just worn them as normal and stepped in something as anyone could do. They should be able to be worn and if stepped in something they should be able to be cleaned as normal. Afterall they are made for wearing on the feet and worn outside otherwise they are not fit for purpose. I'm not just going to wear them indoors or on carpeted floor. I've literally worn them twice and are now unwearable and considering they are nearly £400 they are too expensive to be only worn twice then to throw away! The customer service I received from Jimmy Choo was appalling and I advise anyone to avoid this company!!!!!

I should have read all the reviews


I should have read all the reviews about online orders not showing up. I wanted to write something somewhere to warn others. My first pair was bought in Paris and I am so happy with the quality. The 2nd, I ordered while on vacation in Germany. There was a delay in the delivery but the customer service was able to fix it. 3 weeks ago, I ordered online. I never got an update so I chatted with customer service 2 weeks ago and then 4 days ago. Customer services write all the right stuff but they never deliver. It’s all just words but no action. The money was charged 3 weeks ago but I still do not have the shoes. Most online companies (like Tory Burch)will not charge until the product is mailed. Today I asked JC to refund my money. Who knows how long that’s going to take.
Shoes are really nice, pricey but worth it. Unfortunately, I will NEVER order online again.

Extrêmement déçue 


J ai commandé une paire de chaussures que j ai porté seulement 2 fois. Elles se sont abîmées et ne sont plus portables en l’état. Au vu du prix, le cuir et la chaussure sont de piÚtre qualité. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette marque. Je suis trÚs déçue. De plus, la réponse apportée est la suivante, suite à ma réclamation : elles se sont abîmées car je les ai portées en extérieur ! J ignorais qu il fallait porter des chaussures seulement en intérieur ??

Bad quality, poor service.

I buy sunglasses of this brand in 9/2022. I thought it was guaranty on it. Now 5/2023 a few stones are away out the arm of the glasses. They say they cant help me. For them maybe 2 euro's for material to solved it.
Very bad quality and poor service.

Stay away from Capri Holdings Michael Kors, Versace, and Jimmy Choo.

Terrible product and service

Bought Romy heels for my wedding and wore them for 4 hours with very little walking about etc. walked up and down aisle and for photographs.
Glitter was off the tips of the shoes right down to the white net underneath.
Complained and had to pay £25 to send them for repair.
That took approx 8weeks. Got them back and wore them for my husbands birthday dinner where I sat most of the night. Again only worn for couple of hours
 glitter was off the shoes again. Have had so many back and forth emails about this issue. JC saying it is wear and tear! They cost £420 - I’ve high street shoes that I’ve had for years that are still in good condition and I paid £20 for.
JC then offered exchange of product or store credit. So I researched items that were in stock online and sent them an email outlining this is what I wanted and then after another long wait for a response they advised the item was not in stock!
They will not offer a refund! The whole process has been terrible and not what you would expect from a premium designer Brand!!! Still not resolved and I won’t give up on this matter.

Do Not buy from this company

I purchased two pairs of sneakers online, same style and different sizes because I was not sure how Jimmy Choo fits, salesperson Donna Venza never mentioned purchase was final sale, now I have the same pair of shoes just because they neglected to received back the second pair, It is been a month without resolution, many calls to customer service and many broken promises to call me back and resolve my issue that I just gave up with the brand.
Very disappointed how they do business in America.

Une expérience HORRIBLE CHEZ Jimmy Choo !

Je reçois pour Noël une magnifique paire d’escarpins Love 65. Je les essais mais malheureusement elles me sont trop petites, alors je les remets dans la boite en attendant d'aller les changer à la boutique St Honoré.

La responsable de la boutique REFUSE de me les reprendre, car elles sont ‘abimées’
 Des traces trÚs légÚre sur la semelle. Même si le talon est impeccable, elle refuse de faire quoi que ce soit.

Je suis extrêmement déçue de voir qu’une paire de chaussures à 575€ ne tient pas le temps de les essayer
 et surtout que le magasin dans lequel on me les avait achetés refuse de m’aider.

JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS JIMMY CHOO, c'est HONTEUX !!

Je me retrouve avec une paire à 575€, NEUVE, JAMAIS PORTÉE que je ne pourrai jamais mettre car elles me sont trop petites.... c'est un scandale !

Incredible Customer Experience
.

Purchased a pair of Dreece Boots from the online shop as a Christmas present for my partner.

Sadly when she opened them I had bought the wrong size (only half a size out!) and there was a scratch on the calf panel of one of the boots.

I contacted the customer service team and provided them with the obligatory photos to prove the shoes hadn’t been worn and received confirmation they were happy to exchange, however, they no longer had the size in the colour I had selected.

My partner really wanted the boots so a further email back to customer services triggered a global store search for any boots in the required size that may still be available, despite being post Christmas and exchanges and sales being at their peak in the retail sector.

The search found an initial pair in Edinburgh, however there was a slight mark which I was warned about, along with photos to show the extent but if I was happy to take them I’d be offered a reduction to reflect the (very) slight mark, however, we persevered and the search continued and turned up a pair in Paris which after a quick check found them to be clear of any marks.

Throughout the replacement process I was kept informed via email every few days and am pleased to confirm we have received the replacement pair of boots which now fit perfectly and would like to thank the customer services team for a going the extra mile, keeping me informed and overall delivering a fantastic experience and of course a stunning pair of beautiful boots!

Such bad customer service!!!

As a Christmas present I received a new pair of shoes from my husband from Jimmy Choo (as many times before). We left for vacation straight after Christmas and I wanted to return the shoes and get another colour instead when we got back. My husband calls the store and they inform us that it is not possible to change the shoes for another pair because it is now more than 14 days since the purchase (around 20 days). I would completely understand the position if I wanted a refund but that was not the case - all I wanted was another colour. The store manager further informed us that the shoes are still sold in the store and that they are not a limited edition or seasonal product, i.e. they could easily take them back and sell them to another person. I cannot believe that Jimmy Choo is offering such bad customer service- I will definitely never again buy another pair of Jimmy Choo shoes.

C est 1 véritable scandale même chez eram le sav est meilleur je n ai jamais vu ça et suis outrée c est la derniÚre fois que j achete quoique se soit chez jimmy choo on se croirait chez 1 enseigne de mass market
J ai acheté 1 paire de azia sui me faisait mal aux pieds a chaque fois que je les portais, il s avere que les semelles avant ne sont pas de la même taille!!!! alors que les chaussures le sont
Je les ramÚne au magasin st honoré ils me disent on peut rien faire !!!
J insiste ils les envoie soit disant en Italie 4 mois aprÚs pas de nouvelles je telephone
Ils me rappelle 1 semaine aprÚs et devinez quoi ILS NE PEUVENT RIEN FAIRE !!!
Comme je les ai bien sûr porter
Je me retrouve avec 1 paire de chaussures a 700€ IMMETTABLE !!!!
Réfléchissez bien avant de pousser la porte

Jimmy Choo basically stole $850 from me

I am only giving them one star because that is what’s required. I would not do business with Jimmy Choo ever again. I ordered a pair of shoes from them close to 3 months ago now, they shipped them to the wrong country and now will not reimburse me at all
 apparently it’s not their policy. This has been so disappointing and has really soured me to ever even looking at the brand again. Seriously, do not buy from this company, horrible.

Poor quality shoes ! Avoid

Not even worthy of one star.

Awful customer service and poor quality made shoes.

Apparently Jimmy Choo think that it is acceptable for paint to come off shoes and leather to wear excessively after only wearing for a few hours with light use. They also claim this is not a design or quality issue!!! They are now denying my consumer right to return the item! Will be taking this forward with Trading standards as this is disgraceful.

Avoid purchasing with this company - high cost does not mean good quality, and Jimmy Choo is by far the worst quality shoes I have ever owned.

Jimmy Choo Romy Stilettos - are they really Leather?

I purchased a pair of Leather Jimmy Choo heels in Milan in September 2022.
For me, it was a purchase of a lifetime. To own a pair of Leather Jimmy Choo stilettos purchased whilst in Milan. I wore them 3 times, all to indoor events. And only for a couple hours each time. To my horror the leather has 'peeled' at the toe of one of the shoes. On contacting customer service and sending multiple photos showing the shoes are 'like new' except for the faulty leather on the toe, I have been told this is normal wear and tear!
How on earth can wear and tear to this degree happen after such little wear?
They have suggested I send them back to Italy for repair, and pay the £45 fee and it will take up to 12 weeks to have them repaired. AND there is no guarantee the repair will not be to original condition.

I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I am for what is supposed to be High Quality Italian leather shoes. Peeling should not occur in good quality leather. Surely when you buy this level of product a replacement pair of a shoes is in order. I will be contacting the Australian Boutique for further assistance. (I have photos of the peeling)

I ordered a pair of shoes and didn’t


I ordered a pair of shoes and didn’t relieve them. When I contacted Jimmy choo they told me the shoes were at a UPS drop point. I went there. They showed no record of my package ever being there. I contacted Jimmy choo, they required I fill out paperwork and said they would investigate. About 10 days later I received an email from them saying I had picked them up at the UPS drop off point and signed for them. Total lie. They couldn’t have proof of my signature because I never signed. Then I received the package .. which had been opened and retaped with damaged shoes. I replied that I had received the package and wanted to return it. They refused to give me a return shipment label. They wanted pictures of the box at various stages of opening and said once again they would review it. Meanwhile, they have a 14 day return policy which had well lapsed with the length of their “investigations”. I was unable to return the 700$ pair of shoes. Unbelievable. Do not ever order online - yoy will get screwed.

TrÚs mauvaise prise en charge au Jimmy Choo de Saint Tropez cet été. Mauvais accueil, mauvais conseil. Aucun retour concernant mon SAV. J’étais une cliente trÚs fidÚle de la marque. Je n’achÚterai plus rien car la qualité des produits et de l’accueil n’est absolument plus au niveau de la marque !
