Ich wollte eine auf der offiziellen Prada Homepage bestellte Tasche im Laden in MÌnchen umtauschen. Erst sagte man mir dass das nur online möglich ist, nachdem ich gezeigt habe dass auf der Homepage steht, dass es auch im Laden möglich ist wurde mir folgender Vorschlag gemacht: Sie können die Tasche hier lassen und das Geld wird Ihnen in den nÀchsten Tagen gutgeschrieben, ABER wir geben Ihnen keine BestÀtigung dass Sie die Tasche hier gelassen haben.
NatÃŒrlich habe ich die Tasche wieder mitgenommen und habe mich bei Prada ÃŒber dieses unseriöse Verhalten beschwert. Kurzum, Prada hat letztendlich 2,5 Monate gebraucht um meine gekaufte Tasche im System zu finden und um mir dann zu sagen, dass ich zu spÀt dran bin fÃŒr einen Umtausch. HÀtte ich die Bewertungen hier im Netz mal vor dem Kauf gelesen! Dass die Produkte nicht so viel Geld wert sind weiß man und auch, dass man das meiste fÃŒr den Namen zahlt. Aber dass ein solches Unternehmen scheinbar völlig unfÀhig ist, mit Beschwerden und Retouren umzugehen ist wirklich unfassbar.

Very frustrating delivery experience with Prada.

I had to cancel my plans and stay home all day waiting for my package, only to receive a delay notice due to a “security check” after it was already out for delivery. This is unacceptable for a luxury brand.

Customers expect reliability and professionalism when purchasing from Prada. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations, and I will think twice before ordering from Prada again.

I had a very disappointing experience at Selfridges during a recent visit to the Prada store and pop-up.

I was there to celebrate my sister’s birthday. She is autistic and deaf, and had been really looking forward to visiting Prada to choose a bag—something she had saved and saved for over time. Unfortunately, the experience was completely overshadowed by the behaviour of one of the sales associates.

When a colleague asked her to assist us, she was on her phone and appeared visibly annoyed at being interrupted. Instead of helping, she dismissively gestured in the direction of the pop-up. She even made a face at her colleague in front of us, clearly irritated at being asked to do her job. When I addressed it, she said she was “sorting out her ticket,” which is not appropriate while ignoring customers.

Her attitude made us feel like a complete inconvenience, which was especially upsetting given my sister’s additional needs and the significance of the visit.

Although another staff member later stepped in and tried to help, the damage had already been done—my sister no longer felt comfortable, and we chose not to purchase from Prada.

To make matters worse, there was no manager available when I asked to raise the issue.

This level of service is unacceptable for a store and Brand of this reputation. We left and spent our money elsewhere, where we were treated with basic respect. Sadly, we will not be returning or buying anything from Prada ever again.

Purchased Prada suede boots put them on to wear them for the first time and the zipper split. I immediately called customer service, no help! After a week and 3 emails showing pictures of the zipper. They said it could take awhile to get the pictures out of their “cue”! No hurry for resolution of the $1800.00 I paid for these boots. I have even contacted the customer advisor who sends emails after your purchases to offer assistance with anything! Nothing! Pure silence. This is very frustrating. I loved Prada but this is the last thing I am purchasing from them! I will continue to purchase from other high end brands! Buyer BEWARE!!!!!

Unacceptable Customer Service and No Accountability for Damaged Product

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Prada and the complete lack of accountability shown after a clear point-of-sale error.

I purchased a pair of sunglasses (over $400 USD) from the Prada Beauty counter at Galeries Lafayette while visiting Paris in November. The sales associate assisting me mistakenly placed the display pair—which was scratched and worn—into my case instead of the new pair she retrieved.

I did not discover the issue until I returned home to the United States the following day, where I found the sunglasses to be visibly damaged and unacceptable for a luxury product.

Since then, I have made multiple attempts for the last 4 months to resolve this:
• I contacted Prada directly and was told nothing could be done because the purchase was made outside the U.S.
• I contacted a Prada boutique in Dallas and was told they could not assist because the purchase was not made at their store.
• I contacted the Galeries Lafayette location in Paris and was told the only option was to return in person for an exchange.
• At the direction of Prada customer service, I also filed a claim with Luxottica, which was denied. Instead, I was offered the option to purchase a replacement pair at a “discounted” price of $396—which is not a meaningful resolution given that I already paid over $400 for a damaged product.

At no point has any party taken responsibility for what was clearly an employee error at the point of sale.

This is not a case of wear and tear or misuse—it is a failure in basic retail handling, followed by a complete lack of global customer support. For a luxury brand like Prada, this level of service is unacceptable.

This was my first Prada purchase, and based on this experience, it will be my last. I have purchased from other luxury brands including Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Tiffany & Co., Cartier, Celine, Valentino, and Dolce & Gabbana, and have never encountered such poor customer service or unwillingness to resolve a straightforward issue.

I strongly advise customers to inspect all items before leaving the store, as Prada appears unwilling to stand behind its products once the transaction is complete—even in cases of clear employee error.

I am still seeking a reasonable resolution and am happy to provide documentation upon request.

Absolutely awful customer service from


Absolutely awful customer service from Maria in Italy via the o line chat service. I purchased a brand new Prada handbag from the U.K. Bicester Village Outlet store for £2,450. I scanned the inside pocket for the RFID and it came up it had expired so there is no way to authenticate the bag. I contacted customer services to be told they do not authenticate bags and then basically refused to say anything further or respond to any of my questions and after 20 minutes waiting for a response I ended the chat. I purchased 2 handbags from Prada at the time and will never purchase another one. They do not care once they have your money, absolutely awful customer service.

Miserable quality and „don’t really care“ service.

I bought Prada leather ankle boots in Frankfurt store, Germany. After wearing them once (500m) to a restaurant and back an emblem with Prada logo on the back heel fell off and was lost. I immediately contacted the contact from the store but also online service. No one really cared, they sent me to the store in Zurich as I am from there. I gave the boots away indicating i must have these back latest in 3 weeks as I bought these for a special event. Although asked a few times I don’t get the shoes back as again nobody cares. Prada doesn’t stay for quality nor service anymore. If you want to do yourself a favor - stay away from this brand. Very unprofessional and of a miserable quality as it turns out.

Expérience désastreuse avec Prada et leur sous-traitant de livraison FedEx. Deux tentatives de récupération de colis ont été programmées pour un retour (paire trop grande), et aucune n’a été respectée dans les délais. Résultat : reports à répétition, perte de temps, et surtout la taille en dessous, pourtant disponible au départ, ne l’était plus à cause de leur retard. Leur incompétence m’a littéralement fait perdre ma paire.

Et comme si ça ne suffisait pas, le jour de la livraison, le livreur a balancé le colis dans le jardin. J’ai dû le chercher, il était plein de boue. Pour une commande Prada, c’est tout simplement inadmissible.

Le service client Prada est tout aussi décevant : aucune solution, aucun geste commercial, aucun professionnalisme. Pour une maison de luxe, c’est honteux.
Franchement, même Zara fait largement mieux en termes de livraison et de service client.

TrÚs mauvaise expérience. Aucune fiabilité, aucun respect du client. À fuir.

Terrible customer service and dodgy way


Terrible customer service and dodgy way of selling goods. We brought a bag and we thought we just paid for it but strangely we brought a gift voucher which paid for the bag. This was not explained to us. When we tried to take it back a week later they refused because it had been brought with a gift voucher! Avoid Prada and their terrible customer service.

Prada Bicester and Customer Care

I have been buying Prada for over 30 years, shoes, bags, purses, I know the product very well. My husband recently bought me a Prada Wallet from Prada Bicester, the inside of the purse fell apart the saffiano leather just disintegrated. Ok no problem in the past with Prada they repair but not anymore, they catagorically denied it was a manufacturing fault when it fell apart without use. They said it was not repairable as wear and tear. So tell me how can they not repair something they have manufactured? Now avoid Prada, is not the same, customer service is dismissive and no customer care. Bye Bye Prada

Der Artikel ging schlussendlich zurÌck am Prada. Eine RÌckerstattung des Kaufbetrags ist bis heute (4Wochen seit Abbuchung von meiner Kreditkarte) nicht erfolgt. Der Kundenservice ist Ìberfordert und eine Zumutung.

Valitettavasti toinen tÀhti menee sitten pois yllÀtyksellisen huonon kestÀvyyden takia. Ostin viime vuonna aivan upean nahkalaukun, joka oli aluksi kaikin puolin tÀydellinen. Kuitenkin jo muutaman kÀytön jÀlkeen huomasin, ettÀ metallioksat alkoivat hiertyÀ ja nÀyttÀÀ kuluneilta laukun sivusta. Nahka alkoi nÀyttÀÀ hieman nuhjaantuneelta kulmista, vaikka olin erittÀin varovainen.

TÀmÀ on erittÀin suuri pettymys hintaluokkaan nÀhden. Kun maksaa useita tuhansia euroja laukusta, odottaisi, ettÀ se kestÀÀ arkikÀyttöÀ useamman kauden, eikÀ nÀytÀ kÀytetyltÀ parissa kuukaudessa. Puhumattakaan halvemmista merkeistÀ, joiden tuotteet ovat osoittautuneet paljon kestÀvÀmmiksi.

Suosittelen brÀndiÀ vain, jos ostat tuotteen pelkÀstÀÀn designin vuoksi ja olet valmis hyvÀksymÀÀn, ettÀ se saattaa nÀyttÀÀ nopeasti kÀytetylle. Metto una stella, perché di meno non Ú possibile. Sono stata acquirente Prada per un po’ di anni, e ahimÚ ho circa 100 capi, tra abiti, borse e scarpe. La qualità Ú pessima. Scarpe che si disintegrano, suole che si staccano e frantumano, zip immancabilmente inceppate che si rompono, occhiali che perdono la vite dopo poco. Ma la cosa peggiore sono le borse. Si era scucita la parte interna della fodera, di una borsa, e così, per riprendere i punti, ho capovolto la fodera. La fodera si era aperta lungo la cucitura, perché incredibilmente il tessuto era tagliato, pure storto, e senza zig zag. Sfido chiunque a guardare al rovescio di una fodera di borsa. Neppure quelle del mercato! Dopo essere stata benefattrice per anni, mai più entrerà un capo di tale marca. Vergognatevi.

No one cares for the customer at Prada

We were personally invited to an event at Prada in Chicago. The initial experience was very good. Things went south quickly when my husband tried to use his European debit card. It took a month for them to refund his money. When it was refunded he had lost $200 in exchange because of the delay. Not one person offered to make things right. We were promised a suit in 6 weeks. 2 months later it still hadn’t arrived. We live in Europe and need the suit for important events. We did not have it for any of them. We do t the need the suit anymore and asked for a refund. They have refused and are holding our money with absolutely no customer care.
I never thought I’d despise a company the way that I do. We shop designer shops in Paris often and I have never seen anything so egregiously bad before. I assume we will end up in a civil dispute over a suit.

Shocking customer service - Avoid!!

Prada customer service is non-existent. They have no idea what is happening with delivery status and refuse to refund me over £1000.00. They have no idea where the items are, FedEx are ignoring them. Why use a delivery company that are useless? It is not my problem they cannot contact FedEx, all I know is that I do not have the items and who knows where they are. That is Prada's problem, but they refuse to help me. Apparently there are no managers, no complaints process. Shocking! Avoid! Has really put me off ever shopping with them again.
