Great product, we bought because there were more pictures available to ensure we bought the correct product, but wish more photos showcased the item.

Diabolical!….ordered several parts for my defender but having got to the 5th day of waiting the “3 - 5 days delivery” and having paid £25 for it, the items were a no show! Rang the company and was passed onto someone in parts called Stephen who was nothing but ignorant and unhelpful! He even asked if I wanted to cancel my order which was not what I was expecting to hear but with his abrupt nature and “couldn’t give a shite attitude” there was no way I wanted to wait any longer for my parts(that were not even in stock) or use this company again!…..went to “Masai”instead,super friendly and helpful and got next day delivery and £30 cheaper too!…..still waiting for refund from John Craddock????

I should have checked the reviews on this company. I ordered 5 steel Mach 5 wheels that showed "in stock" on the website. Then paid and extra $300 for shipping to the U.S. after several weeks with no update on shipping, I contacted craddock and was told the wheels were backordered. After 5 months with zero communication, I reached back out and was told they would contact the manufacturer.... Yep, you guessed it, I was ghosted again. Finally I called and canceled my order. A week later, still no refund. Absolutely horrible company. I will never order from again. Now a 100% a LR parts customer. Buyer beware, horrible company to deal with.

2nd order, not dispatched, no communication , clearly website stock levels are untrue , surely they have engine oil in stock why not send that part of my order ? Back to eBay I go .

Craddocks sold me a Britpart gasket set for 200tdi which seemed ok until I showed a magnet to the bag of copper washers and every single washer stuck to it.

The washers are just copper coloured steel and are therefore utterly useless.

I brought it to the attention of Craddocks and from their reaction I could only assume they already knew Britpart were putting fake copper washers in their gasket sets,and are happy to sell them to unsuspecting customers.

Staff were difficult to deal with,ignored emails,said they'd contact Britpart for their take on the fake washers,but didn't.Took a mocking tone with me on the phone when I ateempted to return for refund.

All in all a grim experience with Craddocks that's deliberately wasted my time and money.

Desperate for a special fuel pipe for my Freelander, main dealer part was on back order for weeks, many other LR specialists contacted and no joy. John Craddick saved the day! A genuine part on the shelf and delivered over next working day!

ordered a part from these and was told that the part had to come from landrover as it was only available from main dealers through them @ £345
the part turned up as a britpart item and when i contacted them regarding it being a original landrover item they then insisted this was a original part all though it was a britpart item (this exact item is on ebay @ £100)

Item was shown as in stock but contacted 4 days later stating as not in stock, Was then advised that the item had increased in price by £14. Really not what you would expect from such a large business. Claimed they did not have a live stock system, so should not be advertising in stock when they clearly do not know. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Have used John Craddock Ltd many times over the years. My most recent order included a pre-packaged mounting 'kit' which was missing a part. When I notified John Craddock staff they quickly dispatched the missing item no fuss allowing me to complete the job. Full marks for service.

My experience with this company was incredibly positive. They are true professionals in their field! I was looking for spare parts, and I found everything here without any problems. Service at all stages was very convenient and prompt - the employees are always ready to help, answer questions and give useful advice. I am very satisfied with their work and will recommend this company. The best of the best!

C'est la première fois que je passe une commande d'accessoires pour mon véhicule Land Rover auprès de John CRADDOCK. Leur catalogue est très complet, beaucoup de stock y compris pour les véhicules de collections et des prix compétitifs. Malheureusement, à la réception de ma commande, j'ai constaté que la portière envoyée avait reçu un choc et était tordue puis qu'un autre matériel livré ne correspondait pas au modèle installé sur mon véhicule. J'ai pris contact par mail, avec le SAV de J. Craddock . Malgré le retard que j'ai mis à les joindre ( période de fin d'année 2024) Ils ont été très compréhensifs, malgré mon anglais imparfait, ont multiplié les propositions (échange, remboursements...) afin de trouver une solution globale.
En définitive, je reste extrêmement satisfait suites aux nombreux échanges avec ce Service; malgré les difficultés de la langue, de la correspondance avec un pays étranger, et d'envoi par correspondance d'achats hors CEE, cette entreprise a fait énormément d'efforts pour me donner satisfaction. Un seul regret... que la GB ait quitté l'Union Européenne...! mais J. Craddock a bien su s'adapter..!!
