I have ordered some units for my 92's Discovery and one of them was not correct. They solved quickly and with special care my claim. It is normal that a company has sometimes an issue but I really appreciate when they know how to solve it easily and fast for the customer. Thanks a lot

A bit slow responding. But when Vicki got on touch she was extremely helpful and interested in trying to sort out the missing parts.
But as it was not possible gave a full refund.

After a poor experience last time, I vowed not to use these guys again. But benefit of doubt and a fair time passed, I thought I would try again. Turns out I should have stuck with my original decision. Yet again goods not shipped in a timely manner, no communication in regards to them being shipped late, refuse refund of the paid for delivery service. Therefore as they still hadn't shipped I cancelled the order and will listen to my own advice - there will be no next time.

I have ordered the wrong part, unfortunately. But It was no problem to return the wrong part and replace it with the correct one.

Just watch out on their web site, I was looking for new wheel nuts for my disco, on the nut page it has a link to a full set which I ordered.
they arrived quite quickly but they are for a defender and huge.
contacted customer service and no problems they would exchange them.
took a trip out to their shop, Nuts swapped without any problems. totally perfect customer service.
price difference refunded.

It worked for me. John Craddock is a company in difficulty and will not deal with complaints otherwise.

Worst post sell policy.

My experience of John Craddock is one of poor customer service and a tendency by staff to not want to admit mistakes and take correct action. When you then confront them with this it was impossible to get any type of refund or apology.

Been using Craddock for years….even when I lived abroad. Also got what I need and super fast delivery.
Need a part recently but could get to them and live on a boat so no postage. Steve went above and beyond dropped the part off for me at the boat. Brilliant service and I’m back on the road again.

Looks like this company are in trouble reading another review. Still awaiting either my product or a refund over a month after ordering it and constant emails to them , just get fobbed off each time . Do not buy from this company.
