I had a issue with a part which was not the part I was expecting John Craddock's customer service went above and beyond to resolve my problem.

Can’t fault the company at all. The parts were dispatched the same day as ordered, and arrived next day.

Great service - product delivered on time and great quality

I ordered a fairly bulky item, despite the size the parcel only took a couple of days to reach me. Very happy with my purchase - already fitted to the car.

The plus points where, prompt dispatch and delivery.
The negative point i discovered since reassembling , the part i ordered is not the same as the old part it was to replace. now i have major problems trying to refigure other parts to match and fit the new part.

I did have a slight problem with the ordered part but the issue was resolved promptly and efficiently. These things sometimes happen and it’s how they are handled which makes all the difference.

90 side steps exactly as described and a perfect fit. Very quick delivery with complete fixing kit and instructions. Took no time to fit. Great service and will definitely use in future for my Landrover parts.

Website comprehensive and easy to use. Product packed and delivered very promptly. My only criticism was the relatively high postage charge which amounted to over 40% of the overall transaction - albeit on a small net product cost.

As always, accurate and prompt delivery with just the right amount of communication.

Prices are reasonable but quality is consistent, whjich counts for a lot.

Delivery was prompt, but the box was damaged and open. Fortunately the goods were there and in good condition.

This fragile item, a series 2 radiator, was comprehensively packaged - pretty much "courier proof"! Arrived in 100% condition.
Shipped by a 24 hour courier when I understood that I had paid for standard delivery.
Happy as a very happy rabbit!

Prompt service, as usual

I can't fault John Craddock Ltd, my window catch arrived and never got around to fitting it for 2 months and when I opened the package a part was missing. I then got in touch with them and Vicki from John Craddock said they would get in contact with their suppliers, which they did and I have just received my new part.

First purchase of a land rover engine chassis wedge plate and happy. Came fast safe, best price I could find.

Great company, when you call to ask for help to identify a component the people that answer quickly know their products and are very helpful. Good value and quick delivery. Thank you 🇬🇧👍
