One of the items delivered was the wrong part. When I raised the issue, I was advised they had sent the correct air filter, but the one supplied was clearly too big and would not fit the housing. I was asked to send in pictures,(which I did) to show the issue, but again I was told I was wrong and the part supplied was correct. It clearly isnt and doesnt fit and now i am just being ignored when e mail customer service.

Beautiful exhaust for my classic Rangie can't wait to fit it and hear the V8 roar!!!

I ordered a battery for my Discovery 4, and it said that delivery was 3-5 days. It turned up the next day! Very good service.

Sadly my experience with John Craddock had been very disappointing.
I ordered a Rear Step for Defender 90 (part no. STC50269AA).
Despite this product having a genuine LR part number, this is NOT a genuine LR part. After following up with John Craddock they told me that this is an aftermarket part.
I am very disappointed with the item. This does not fit my Defender 90 (2015).
After several telephone calls with John Craddock support, with promises of return calls when they have contacted the supplier, but nobody telephones back.
I've given up with them and taken a grinder and drill to the item to make it fit.

Inaccurate description of items. I bought what was displayed in the photogragh description as a pack of 5 O rings for 5 pound. Ordered 2 and received 2 only O rings. 10 pounds plus international freight for 2 O rings - that is rubbish! Also a "genuine" land rover pinion which turned out to be a Bearmach one. The reply was very ordinary when I questioned them. Will not be buying from them again

You should be more clear on the courier service you use and the restrictions with postage e.g. it is not mentioned during the sale that I have to be home to receive/sign for the parcel and you didn’t give me any other delivery option. I had to travel 20 miles to collect the item and had to wait another 24hours for the parcel to be released. Not particularly happy with the service to be honest. UPDATE, I’m in the process of fitting the turbo and the studs for the down pipe are misaligned so cannot wind a nut on as they’re to close to the pipe. I now have to either grind down the down pipe or grind the nuts equally. Turned a 2 hour job into a 5 hour. Definitely not happy now

Needed these parts quite quickly, they arrived before being expected and were cheaper than other suppliers. Very impressed with their service as was my mechanic.

I bought what was described as a "reconditioned" LT 95 gearbox at a cost of £1700 plus my old gearbox. I arrived to be presented with a tatty looking gearbox which I was told was a military reconditioned box that had probably been done 20 years or more ago and had been stored - Absolute Bull Sh**!!! The gearbox showed all the signs of having been removed from a vehicle even to the extent of clutch dust in the bell housing and marks where nuts had been removed from the still fitted mounting brackets plus many, many other tell-tale signs too numerous to list. It may well have been a reconditioned box when it was originally fitted to the vehicle it was taken out of to sell to me and thus should have been described as a second-hand gearbox and sold outhright at about £300/400 or maybe up to 800 with warranty. In the unlikely event that Craddock's respond to this post, the name I am using for this review is not the name under which I made the purchase but they will know who I am.
