This is the second time I have used JCPL and both times I have had excellent service, my recovery has gone well both times.

Exercises were tailored to my particular needs to build up strength and core. Progress was monitored and adjusted as necessary. Everything was clearly explained and the role it had in relation to my recovery. Exercises were changed/increased as I got stronger in order that progress was stable and relative. Overall, the whole package was successful to the extent that I can fully function on my own.

INJURY: I had a serious achilles tendonitis injury and was advised it may take 9 to 12 months to recover. As a sportsman, this was devastating news.
CHALLENGE: To find a solution to significantly expedite recovery
SOLUTION: Kate Lilleyman recommended I try Shock Wave treatment combined with testing yet measured exercises in a carefully progressive manner. Kate prudently stressed this solution may not be entirely successful but my recovery would definitely be expedited
STUNNING RESULT: After 7 weeks I was able to go on a sailing holiday. I am eternally grateful to Kate for her high level of professionalism, and her realistic yet positive attitude. Kate has a delightful manner and disposition, and deserves to flourish in her career.

An Achilles heel injury sustained in February persisted until July and remained painful and a severe constraint on mobility and exercise. A series of appointments and Shockwave treatment concluded at the end of August and was completely successful. I am most grateful for the focused attention I received from Lois and others in the team without which I am sure I would still be suffering. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I first met Jonny after I sustained a torn (grade 2) hamstring injury in January 2022. I am a professional performer and acquired the injury through my job performing. When I first met him, I was in a lot of pain, I couldn't sit on a chair properly for any period of time without pain, I had lost my flexibility completely and could barely bend to touch my toes or elevate my leg beyond 90 degrees. All of which I could do prior to the injury. From the very first meeting Jonny was, attentive, thorough, inquisitive, empathetic, kind, professional, reassuring and above all a top bloke. We decided on my course of treatment and I began weekly sessions with him as well as some with a trainee of his. Every day I would carry out the exercises in my app he had chosen for me and slowly, over the following 6-8 weeks I could see my injury starting to improve. I was due to leave on my next performing contract at the end of our sessions together and Jonny made sure I had all the tools and knowledge to take with me in order to continue to heal. It has certainly been a long and slow process but by January of 23 I was fully healed, with my full flexibility back doing my job with no pain. I honestly never thought the day would come, even though Jonny reassured me the entire time that I would get there and make a full recovery. I CANNOT recommend this great guy enough. He is excellent at what he does and his knowledge and experience is vast and has certainly added to everything he knows as a physiotherapist. I will be forever grateful to Jonny and what he has done for me, my body is part of my career so when injuries happen its pretty serious. Luckily I found Jonny and I'm still able to do the job I love. Thanks buddy :-)))

What an amazing physio Jordan was/ is. I told him of weakness in my left arm/hand, immediately he tested my middle finger ( strange I know) he straight away diagnosed Hoffmann syndrome, that led me to see a neurologist who ( unfortunately but thankfully) diagnosed Motor Neurone Disease. Thankfully caught early ( ish) he probably enhanced my life by sometime. That’s no exaggeration. Thank you Jordan. Certainly a credit to the company!

I would 100% recommend Jonathon Clark Physio. Lois was very helpful in helping get rid of my back pain after a car crash I had. If anyone needs physiotherapy I would definitely recommend Jonathan Clark and Lois.

JCP has been amazing. I worked with Jordan, one of the physiotherapists in Southampton who managed over the period of a few months to get my shoulders back to normal following bilateral tendinitis. Always pleasant and polite, providing clear instructions and adjusting the exercise program to meet my needs and abilities.

I had Physiotherapy for my back and neck at the Whiteley location with Jen. Over a period of 4-6 months she transformed my daily life from one where I expected to be in pain every day to one where I was not. Whilst also giving me the exercises to make sure I maintain that afterwards. Super friendly and helpful at all times as well. Would highly recommend.

Excellent and friendly communications. The physiotherapy from Lois Dolman was brilliant. Helped me with my injury and also tailored everything to my desired outcomes that we discussed. 1st class service for everything.

I started my course of treatment due to shoulder pain and pins and needles in my arm. The Physiotherapist gave me a thorough initial appraisal and excerise plan that was easy to follow at home..This was followed up and reviewed during the course of my treatment with adjustments made as required at each session. She also made alternative suggestions which proved very effective in treating my shoulder. She was very proactive and clearly really enjoyed her role. Appointment booking was effecient and the time slots were convenient with early and late sessions available. One area to consider is that the appointment slots of 30 minutes did seem rushed at times due to the number of clients booked either side. Overall the treatment and service were excellent. Happy to recommend.

Jonathan Clark Physiotherapy were extremely helpful with my leg and knee fracture rehab. Can’t thank Kate Lilleyman enough for her help to get better with constructive excercise programmes.

I saw Johnny and Ricky for shoulder problems last year, having been in pain for months and unable to sleep. After my first visit with Johnny, it was almost miraculous, although I still had discomfort I could actually sleep and the impact on my life was huge. The app was really helpful to keep me motivated to do the physio exercises at home. I am so grateful to them both for their professionalism, expertise and kindness.

I was referred to Lois for my Pelvic Girdle Pain. She was extremely knowledgeable on the subject and made me feel at ease immediately. Lois gave me great exercises that have really helped, so much so that I’m now able to do my normal day to day activities without any pain. I would thoroughly recommend her and the practice. I had such a great experience with Jonathan Clark. I saw Niall Stubbs for knee pain, I love running and my knee pain was affecting my ability to run regularly without pain. He explained what was wrong and gave me exercises which progressed throughout my time with him. It was really beneficial and by the time I last saw him I was running without any pain at all. Even though I’m still not a massive fan of strength training, he explained the benefits and I know how to continue with strength exercises to improve my running. I was strangely nervous for my first appointment as I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was a really welcoming and positive experience! I’d definitely recommend Jonathan Clark to anyone, thank you! :)

I have just finished a set of appointments with Lois in the Oxford ST location.
Lois quickly diagnosed what my issue was, she explained it very clearly and spent time to show me how to do the recommended exercises. The massage she gave me was very effective and I began to feel less pain straight away.

I was involved in a very nasty vehicle accident, subsequently suffering servere lower back and neck injury, I was put on a block of 8 session treatments with Jordan at Jonathan Clark physiotherapy which has helped me back to a near full recovery, I can't thank and praise JORDAN and the team enough for their kindness and expertise , massive thumbs up to you all 👍

Kate was fantastic in getting my back pain diagnosed and sorted. After only a handful of sessions the pain was gone and I had a handy set of exercises to use for any flare ups. Kate was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend (Riverbank, Midhurst, West Sussex)
