Worst of the Worst
One of the worst banks in Pakistan.
I visited Pakistan and someone told me to open Account in JS bank as they are new and focused on app and online Banking. I opened the account in Branch within few days. Since then the problems started and never ended. Here's the snippet of issues i.e.
1. Branch Managers haven't got a clue of problems neither they can do anything about it apart from sending an email.
2. If you are doing ecommerce transaction, they will deduct your transaction twice and then will tell you to wait for 45 days for duplicate transaction to return. If you don't dispute the duplicate transaction, your money is GONE.
3. Fraudsters will start calling you and will try to scam you. This shows that some of the staff members are selling Bank data to scam people out of their money.
I reported these to Branch manager and he said he will send an email to see what happens and nothing happened.
