Good support an different currency in payment process

After paying with PayPal there was a small amount how left over. So i had to pay with another method. The prices for tje products are showing in USD but during the paying process it is in UGX.
The support over WhatsApp was very good and fast. Because i don't receive the e-mails. After asking, they resend it.

Poor Billing service

Warned me that my 2 domains expired 1 day before it happened.

Hosting service invoice was paid but no confirmation receceived.

Invoice content poorly presented.

Customer servive very good.

Thank you for your continued business with Jubilee Web Host and for taking the time to review and rate our services.

We apologize for sending you reminders that you probably never expected. However, we do this for the good of your business, to ensure your website never goes off without your notice. We actually send you notices 60 days, 30 days, 15 days and 1 day to domain expiry, plus another reminder 1 day after expiry. We also send you a reminder before your domain enters the redemption period. We do all this to make sure you never lose your domain, because we know your domain is your online identity.

We also apologize that you never got an invoice payment confirmation. I would like to assure you that for every payment, we send both email and SMS payment confirmation, though the SMS is still only available to Uganda as at the time of this reply. The fact you never received a confirmation implies something wrong happened. We would be glad to know whether the invoice was actually updated or not; and if not, we would be glad to check this and have it resolved. We would like to encourage you to always have the correct and valid email address and contact number on your billing account just to ensure you don't miss out on any communication.

Regarding the way content is presented on our invoices, we try our best to offer a clean and clear invoice. However, we are open to suggestions. We would be glad to receive recommendations from you on how best you feel we could present this.
