Skulle ha läst omdöme innan jag beställde… oprofessionellt kundservice där jag försöker att ringa numret uppgiven för att kontakta juicycouture.se ringer 2 gånger efter kl9 då dom öppnar och de svarar inte utan bara lägger på 2 gånger?!!

Da der er så mange dårlige anmeldelser på Juicy Couture vil jeg gerne dele min egen - positive - oplevelse:
God hjemmeside, let at finde rundt og tydelige leveringsmuligheder. Der var opdatering om leveringen, som kun tog to hverdage, fra Sverige til Danmark, og beløbet blev først trukket fra min konto efter.
Det var en lille ordre, den var fint pakket og returlabel med.
Jeg vil ikke have betænkeligheder ved at købe en anden gang hos Juicy Couture.

PLEASE DO NOT NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT HAVE A PRESENCE IN THE UK. YOU CANNOT PHONE THEM, THEY SENT ME 2ND HAND WRAPPING AND A RETURNS NOTICE THAT THEY TOOK FROM THE GARBAGE. HORRIFIC ...... DO NOT USE THEM.

If I could I would give well under a a quarter of a star, customer service is absolutely awful, sent me the wrong item what I ordered for my girlfriend and sent them back too get the right ones and have had no reply or Email, there’s not phone number too call so completely left in the dark, ordered on the the uk website juicycouture.co.uk

Byxorna vi beställde hade ett hål i sömmen. Då byxan var slut i lager ville vår dotter inte skicka tillbaka, utan vi fick ta emot en kompensation. 100 kr var det enda vi fick i kompensation. Riktigt snålt för ett par så dyra byxor. Kvaliten på kläderna är absolut inte bättre än ett par kina-kopior och deras kundbemötande är under all kritik.

Juicy couture has the softest comfortable clothing, I love the way it wears. And all the fun colors they choose with fun color names.

Very bad! I have bought two sets here, and I have had big problems with both of them. first, a sow on the pocket broke, after barely a month of use. despite this I bought another pair because I LOVED the material and how they sat. big mistake. they burst between the legs after less than a week. then I now have (after I got the first ones fixed) another sew that went up in my pocket. even though the tracksuit fits fantastically and has a super nice material, the price is far too high for the crappy quality that the clothes have. when you buy clothes from a larger clothing company with high quality clothes for over 100 €, you expect a certain quality level that this company does not live up to at all. do not buy here

Loved the tracksuit. Super comfy and soft. I got a size extra small which would normally fit me but the pants is very long and I have to wear it folded up. Other than that would definitely recommend.

Do not use !!!! I ordered my daughter a tracksuit for her birthday, someone else’s tracksuit and invoice arrived instead . Can’t get a phone number for them that works and have emailed 5 times with no answer, just a “well get back to you “ auto reply. Now have to take this up with my bank which is annoying. I’ll never buy anything from them again. Terrible service.

Snabb och bra kundservice med snabba leveranser. Även extra bra leveranstider samt tydliga och enkla riktlinjer om returer.

Lovely fitting tracksuits, but don't order off the main website if you need to try a few for size as it is not free returns. Cost me £25 to return!!

I’ve Been buying more and more juicy couture even the perfume . Victoria’s Secret no longer uses glitter or something . Really like the brand and comforter sets, perfumes , bags , panties and bras . Will definitely be shopping more.

Worst Customer service ever. I placed an order for my girlfriend for Christmas. The transaction showed pending on my credit card for 6 day's ago and have heard nothing. I know have to call the credit card to stop payment and I have emailed twice and gotten no response or tracking info.

Horrible customer service. Worst I’ve ever experienced from a company. Ordered my wife a gift for Christmas. The money came out of my bank account but I never received and confirmation numbers or order numbers from this company. Customer service will not respond through their text feature or through an email. Worst company service you’ll ever experience and it’s not even close

I bought juicy couture face masks at Marshall’s. EVERYONE. We put on the elastic. Glued to the mask. Came off while putting. The mask on. ???????? Would like an answer. ASAP. And what will be done regarding this problem with these masks. Thank you. J Silva.

I placed an order 13 days ago, I got a confirmation email but I have not gotten a message if it has been shipped yet... I only ordered one item so I would expect the package to be on it's way.

I would like to share my sad experience about the JC customer service and how they handle the problem. I order JC pant on their website, applied the promo code of 30%, the total price after deduction was 32,71 euro ( ship internationally to Europe) when I proceed with the order, the new window pop up on the website, it was from a borderfree company, but in this window where I supose to complete my oder, the price was without any discount, on top of this high price was the shipping charges based on the amount of the high item price, and at the end the borderfree company calculate not the 30% discount but only 20%!!!!!!! which make the total amount higher then it was in the beginning when I was placing my order. When I contacted the JC customer service, I've got on the line Dave, he was kind enough and promised to solve the issue as soon as I will place the order and provide him the order number to refund the difference. I agreed and proceed. One day later no news from juicy couture, I decided to contact JC customer service regarding the current situation with my order and how to get the correct price. I got a rep from JC customer service, her name was Chelsey, she refused to give me her surname and kept me on hold for 40 min!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the phone call from overseas of 40 min!!!!!!!!!! Finally when I got connected to a superviser Ivan, who was bitchy and arrogant the problem was not solved, insted I was adviced to cancell my order without compensating my phone costs and time which I spent on a very lousy and rude JUICY COUTURE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't think this is an acceptable level of customer service and I'm very disappointed. Never ever again I am gonna buy JC.

I ordered a wallet on the Juicy Couture website (to ship internationally to Australia) as my wallet was falling apart and I badly needed a new wallet. I was hoping to have it in time for an overseas trip (to America). 20 days later I still have not received it. Juicy Couture has advised they use a 3rd party to ship their items and they can see it hasn't moved in 13 days. At this point there is no estimated date it will arrive. I will not be in Australia when the item finally arrives, which will create problems for me, and more issues in receiving my delivery as my post office will only hold if for a short time before sending it back. I will be overseas for 3.5 weeks. Further, I will have to buy another wallet as I have no way to store my money/credit cards whilst travelling. I've asked Juicy Couture if I can possibly return the item for a refund, as I will have to buy a wallet elsewhere. JC customer service rep (named Nikko) advised they will not offer an exchange or refund as the item was on sale. I appear to have no recourse. I don't think this is an acceptable level of customer service and I'm quite disappointed, as I have always loved this brand.

it makes my booty pop but not much else. I had fun window shopping though, they had an awesome display at the mall for Christmas. the mannequins looked like they were ice skating.
