Looking at the reviews here, I am not surprised that I have also had a bad experience with Jumia Ghana. I ordered an item on 28th Dec then received a message that the order was at the pick up point for collection. I phoned the customer service on 12th January and was informed it was a false deliver(whatever that means).The item was not received and I only got apologies without any real action taken. The pick up was TTU pentecost junction, Takoradi. Awful customer service if you claim to have one.I wouldnt recommend Jumia to anyone. Embarrassing

The worst application ever... The worst customer service ever. youre robots???? can putthumans 😡😡😡 to talk to us.. Donot assist anybody... Your managers needs assistance more... Your app doesn't login refresh and gets to same page again... WhatsApp you pick up place an order then put an agent... The robot keeps... Repeating his automatic msgs... Can u bring humans??? 3 stpd gents picked up my calls on call they do tell you wait to refer you to sales assistant then they do waste ur time then they close the line.... idits... That's what jumia? Youssef Tawil - - go check how many times Idid try to login... And your app up.... You're too weak your agents are too empty minded to assist, go bring smart humans...f you and your service. I dont to do shopping anymore... If any body calls me make sure to go do the order of mine personally and place it or after that weak sick service go assist your managers or your owners..
They need more help than customers... You my day.

I came to their pickup station at American house,East legon - Ghana to pick up my package. I got there and they told me it's 3pm and they can not give me my package because they've closed. Meanwhile, the shop was opened, there were people there working who could have helped with my package but none of them helped. Meanwhile I called in the morning to let them know the time I will be there. How could you guys work like this. They acted nonchalantly. Is this how you guys treat customers??? How long will it take to give me my package?? I sat there for over 30 minutes while they work without any one attending to me. Till later when I was about leaving before they asked for the order number. How?? Only God knows how many customers they denied receiving their packages .

I was sold an expired item which damaged my skin really badly and they’re not even minding me about it. Why sell and expired item. It is a crime and they’re not even doing anything about it very bad customer service

Here is an online company which treats customers as if they do not pay for the faulty, used and substandard products they have knowingly masqueraded as new products. They have intentionally and purposefully sent out products which have been returned by several customers because they were faulty and hoped that they didn't break down within the 15 days (used to be 7 days) return window to me. My home is full of faulty and broken down products from Jumia because I was buying a lot from them. If this is not fraud then I do not know what it is. What irked me the most is the idiots masqueraded as customer service representatives who will abuse, patronize, mislead and disrespect you at will. Afterall, who are you going to complain to? They have been allowed to roam wild without any supervision. They will go to the extent of calling you with their private numbers to pretend to be supervisors. They will email me and pretend that they never sent out emails proposing solutions to a faulty phone they had delivered to me. Is anyone in a position to delete emails for everyone? Even with Whatsapp, such a function is available within a specified time frame only. There is no leadership as agents have been left to abuse patronize and violate you during chats. Don't throw away your money! AliExpress has been an excellent experience when I chose to shop elsewhere.

I love their prices and the efficiency.

STAY AWAY FROM JUMIA GHANA. They just do not value customers. Don't be too excited to order an item you find on their website, because you can put in your order, it will get confirmed and the expected date of delivery issued but the item won't be delivered on the day only for you to be given an excuse that the item is out of stock because of high demand.
Compensation is non-negotiable, you take it or leave it. Your only line of customer support is the agents. No one above that rank is available to listen and ready to address your issue. If you are lucky to reach someone above the rank of an agent, it will only be for the records and not the enthusiasm to address the issue to the customer’s satisfaction. Jumia is a complete waste of time. Look elsewhere you will be valued as a customer and spend your time and money.

Beware. Getting assistance is impossible. Their system told me that two of my credit cards were declined. My bank says there were not even any attempts to charge. so they made me do a wire. Now they act like they never got it and won't help. Wire money sent can never come back. So basically those stole $350 USD and refuse to do anything to help. DO NOT SEND THEM A WIRE. if they say your bank declined your credit card it's probably not true. Don't be scammed into sending a wire to Jumia Ghana

Trash app. The most unreliable in this country. Don’t bother using this app they are just a waste of time

order not delivered…Depatcher not picking up calls …Always talk to robot and text with robot…its being over 2weeks
