J'ai acheté une carte graphique en regardant un site très connu en Suisse de comparaison de prix et je n'ai jamais reçu le produit. J'ai eu mon remboursement avec [Beaucoup] de percévérence. Ma langue étant le français, ça a été plus difficile pour moi de faire les procédures mais si vous parlez l'allemand c'est plus facile !
J'ai dû faire une mise en demeure, faite attention il faut faire la procédure dans le canton ou le siège de Ixo24, mais regardez bien car ils peuvent changer de canton. Puis automatiquement ils refusent la mise en demeure. Il faudra passer la procédure au juge (c'est facile il faut juste suivre les consignes, au bureau des poursuite ils peuvent vous aider pour lancer la procédure).
Du côté de Ixo24, Ils vous enverront un mail pour vous proposer un remboursement partiel ( lisez bien le mail c'est 20% de remboursement) en disant qu'ils sont en faillite. N'acceptez pas, le site est toujours disponnible. Puis, entre temps votre démarche arrive vers une procédure au juge, et la lls vous appellerons.
Une femme au téléphone vous proposera un deal en disant que la boîte est en difficulté et vous proposera 20%. N'acceptez surtout pas. Allez jusqu'au bout, puis la dernière étape est un rendez vous avec le juge. Ils ne viendront pas. Après la décision du juge qui sera sans nul doute positif, vous recevrez normalement votre argent rapidement.
J'ai du signer par la suite un décharge pour avoir le remboursement.
En gros Ixo24 est un site frauduleux qui a trouvé la technique pour faire du scam légal en Suisse. N'acceptez pas et ayez le courage de faire la procédure jusqu'au bout!

Seit 1 1/2 Jahren warte ich auf die bestellte und im Voraus bezahlte Ware.
Geld wird keines zurückerstattet.
Telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar und auf die Emails wird nicht reagiert. Finger weg von diesem Onlineshop das geht für mich unter Wirtschaftskriminalität!

VORSICHT! Sie klauen Ihr Geld! Ich warte fast 2 Jahre auf eine Grafikkarte, immer wenn ich nach Infos frage, bin ich einfach ignoriert. Ich musste die Polizei und einen Anwalt involvieren, da sie einfach mit 1500.- weggerannt sind.

Netmaster, IXO24 (Switzerland) AG, Onlyshop ... alle Firmen, die Fabio Russo gehören soll man unbedingt vermeiden.

Wir haben im Sommer'21 Bildschirme bestellt mit Lieferfrist 2 Wochen.
Bis heute 2 Bildschirme nicht geliefert, keine Antwort auf Nachfragen.
Sieht mir sehr nach Betrug aus, wir werden nun die Betreibung einleiten.

I had to use a lawyer to get my money back after they sent me the ordered goods despite canceling my order 2 weeks before they sent me the goods about 2.5 months after I had purchased them. The website stated delivery within 2-3 weeks which did not change during the 2.5 months waiting. Even when I canceled my purchase after 2 months the website still stated delivery within 2-3 weeks. Only thanks to my lawyer did I also get the full amount of my purchase back. They tried to keep 10% referencing to their general conditions which do not comply with Swiss law.

So best: stay away from ixo24.com

Kann ich vollstens empfehlen. Habe die Firma vorher nicht gekannt und eine erste Bestellung getätigt. Der Preis war günstiger als bei den anderen "bekannten" Firmen. Schnelle Abwicklung des Kaufes. IXO24 war sehr bemüht die Lieferung in stetiger Kommunikation mit mir schnell auszuführen, was auch bestens geklappt hat. Sehr kundenorientiert, professionell und sehr freundlich, gerne wieder.

I suspect they created this company as they had too many negative feedbacks for onlyshop.ch and then nobody ordered from them.
I had 3 orders, each one of them were never delivered, yet they tried deducting 10% cancellation fee, even if they were the one trying to cancel after 9 months!!! They don't keep anything they say, including the return money which was also delayed.
SCAM COMPANY.

I purchased 3 new Dell monitors from ixo24.com. I spent around 1,200.- total for all 3. The main display which was around 800.- arrived in less than a week with no problem. They did say it was brand new, but it was clearly open box because there was a big scratch at the back of the case, so clearly opened prior. The 2 other monitors never even arrived, costing 400.- total. Best of all, now the site complains there's no account linked to my email so I can't do anything about it.
Never doing business with ixo24 again. While their prices seem tempting, just go to Digitec or Galaxus instead.

Placed 2 different orders and never shipped claiming a restock problem. But everything was in stock when I placed the order. Thankfully I have an insurance on my credit card

Die Lieferung wurde mir in 2-3 Wochen in Aussicht gestellt, nun warte ich bereits 2 Monate. Gemäss Kundendienst bestehen sie auf die AGB's, wonach eine Storninerung der Bestellung nicht möglich ist.

Mangelhafte Kundenbetreuung mit teilweise sehr frechen Mails von den Kundenbetreuerinnen, gilt nicht für die Kundenbetreuer. Es gibt keine Auskunft darüber wann denn mit der Lieferung gerechnet werden kann. Warte jetzt schon fast zwei Monate auf meinen Artikel, obwohl er in den meisten Shops bereits wieder auf Lager ist.

Stay away from this online shop.
When you see items "in stock, available immediately", it is not necessarily true!
You pay and then they say they need to order from their vendor with no delivery date.
Cancellation is not accepted (very unprofessional), even if in their cancellation condition they say that this is possible, be aware!
No answer to phone calls, rude support.
Money is gone, nothing shipped.

Stay away from Fabio Russo (and his so called "employees") and his business constructs.
Salesmaster and Netmaster (and all other *master branches) serve only one purpose: Money laundering!
IXO24.com and Onlyshop.ch (online shops) fulfil the purpose to scam people by fake product advertisements and reviews. Goods will never be available and therefore not shipped, never! You'll pay, they keep the money, won't refund nor answer you. Instead, they shift the money between these letterbox companies.

Since their AGBs are illegal, this company must be sued by filing a law suit.

(I wonder how you can sleep at night, knowing customers out there are waiting for their money (CHF 1000 - 10'000 per customer). You force people to consider vigilantism.)

Kassiert 30.- für Expressversand und verschickt dann per A-Post.

ACHTUNG: Gleicher Betreiber wie Onlyshop.ch

Im März 21 habe ich eine Grafikkarte bestellt, mit Lieferangabe innerhalb von zwei Wochen. Im April per Mail eine letzte Nachfrist gesetzt, keine Lösung. Im Juli 21 per R-Brief letzte Nachfrist gesetzt und vom Kaufvertrag zurückgetreten. Gerne würde ich hier die Antwort von IXO24 veröffentlichen: Unfreundlich, arrogant und mit Anwalt drohend. Im September nochmals per Mail Kontakt aufgenommem, keine Lösung. Oktober 21, nach Kontaktaufnahme mit K-Tipp und Konfrontation mit IXO24 wurde mit der komplette Betrag zurückerstattet, ohne Abzug. Meiner Meinung nach hat dieser Onlineshop keine Kunden verdient. Hauptsache der Kunde bezahlt, alles andere scheint egal. Fazit: Nicht zu empfehlen!
