I had high hopes for this company after our initial consultation and receiving a layout plan, but the experience quickly went downhill. Following that first step, the communication was non-existent. My follow-up emails after receiving the revised wrong plans went unanswered, and my phone calls were never picked up.
It wasn’t until I emailed expressing interest in finalizing the order that I finally got a response. However, even then, the lack of professionalism continued. We scheduled a time for a follow-up meeting, but no meeting link was ever sent. When I reached out to confirm the appointment, the representative told me he was "busy with personal stuff"—he hadn't bothered to cancel or reschedule in advance.
He asked for my availability for the following week, which I provided immediately, but I have yet to hear back. It is incredibly frustrating to try and give a business money when they clearly don't value your time or your project.

Design Team:
They provided multiple options and supported several change requests. Despite the frequent revisions, they were happy to assist throughout the process.
Project Team:
They did a great job, and the timeline management was excellent.

We needed a quick and effective solution for dividing a large room into multiple working spaces. The design team was able to craft a solution and send installers to construct it for us. It was more than we would have normally spent, but the quick turn around and onsite installation made it worth the investment.

Great selection of quality furnishings at great prices. Excellent communication from the sales and project management teams which resulted in super fast delivery and install.

The file cabinet arrived as promised and set up quickly and completely.

Overall I had a great experience with Juniper. I went back and forth with Travis from their sales team with numerous proposal edits and was grateful for their overall patience and due diligence. The overall delivery went well. There was a hiccup with the book shelves but they were able to get a team out to get me a resolution. The overall quality of the furniture seems great as the customer services.

We had great communication with our sales rep throughout the purchasing process. Through many design iterations, questions about use/set-up and finally delivery, the team at Juniper was responsive, and very helpful. Our office looks great!

Juniper was great when it came to answering questions and helping to prepare for the delivery/installation of our office conference table. The installation was quick and easy. The only negative is I did not receive a call 30 minutes before the delivery so I did not know when the table would actually arrive. But otherwise, everyone was helpful and the process went smoothly :)

I ordered a desk from this company for a client. It came with the wrong leg piece. I have had to come to the clients office 3 times now for "redelivery and install". Second time the leg was wrong. Third time the leg was wrong. We are now months into this. I'm now on the fourth delivery and they are a no show. Even though I told them it is an hour drive each way for me to be here. I have been met with aloofness to what I think is a rather serious issue. I paid for a product and they have not delivered it complete AND they have cost me money in non billable hours to the client. 6 hours of driving, 8 if you count the original delivery, and still no leg.

Juniper was fabulous to work with. We purchased an entire office of furniture and were not disappointed. Pricing was great, customer service was great. Can't recommend enough.

I ordered several conference room tables from Juniper. After the order was placed, the communciation and customer service was spotty, inaccurate and troubled. The equipment arrived damaged and incomplete. It has been difficult to get answers or appropriate remedies. Very disappointed in this company.

Jared Hewines and Grace Hamilton were great to work with. We had a tight deadline and a lot of space to fill. I wasn't sure when I found them online, but the service and product we received were fantastic. After our intial order, we also placed additional orders and the service remained consistently excellent.

I cannot say enough great things about Jared Hewines! He was attentive, kind, and passionate from the day we met! Jared was available at all times of the day & night given the urgency of our project. THANK YOU, Jared, for ensuring our new office space would be simply captivating :) And may I add....what IMPRESSIVE quality of furniture!!

I was skeptical when I found Juniper Office online. Ordering furniture for two offices sight unseen was not the usual process for us. Within minutes of me sending an email, Brennan Knighton called to discuss my project. He kept the ball rolling. I had no time to waver and second-guess myself. But I did wonder about the wisdom of ordering from a company that had not seen the space and is across the country. There was no need to be concerned at all. Grace Hamilton took over when the furniture was made and ready to ship. She stayed in touch with us. The quality of the furniture is top-grade. The "opinionated" staff who can find fault with the smallest detail have said only good things about the look and design of the furniture. Long live Juniper Office.

We purchased Juniper's training desks and chairs for our office's new conference room. They were very communicative with us at every step and gave us a great pricing on the products and delivery. Our rep kept us in the loop of everything to do with delivery and assembly and it all went very smooth. The delivery and assembly happened very quickly! The products themselves feel very sturdy and high quality as well, and also look really nice. We chose the maple top tables for our space. I would highly recommend Juniper for any corporate office.

Team was able to provide me with 3-4 great options for the criteria that I provided and under budget too! Fantastic customer service and communication.

Residential purchase/use. Ordered a desk and drawer thing. Desk had a big chip in the corner and the drawer thing was dinged in multiple spots. Instinctually, I would fault the shipping company, however, there really was no protective packaging for this desk. So, I'm hesitant to say this wasn't preventable.

Anyway, I got a decent discount and customer service was quick to offer to send a replacement desk top. But, replacement isn't always a viable solution - particularly with residential use. I don't have anywhere to throw away a 72" broken piece of wood unless I borrow a truck and haul it somewhere. That kind of inconvenience just isn't worth it especially as someone doing this all on my own.

The instructions for putting together the desk are quite lacking. For instance, you must drill your own holes and there are fairly substantially sized items that are not even mentioned in the instructions.

Given that this was residential use & I had just replaced my flooring specifically to have a home office, I just wanted to get the desk put together and be done - damaged or not. And, well, the saga is over I guess. Would I recommend Juniper? Maybe. It's hard to find a decent desk online. The customer service is good. The desk itself is probably an 8.5/10.

I purchased a height adjustable desk for the office and I'm impressed! Quality is definitely built to last, not noisy at all, and delivery was really fast! Zero complaints.
