Not good at all! Lack of knowledge of the products they sell, say "your not using it correctly" when the product is faulty and try to pressure you into accepting faulty products as working.
I was even told outright lies to try and get out of accepting faulty product.
After some digging its clear these people are just after your cash, there is also a trail of previous companies that are now disolved but "JAG" are still trading with these old company names! I am passing all info on to trading standards!

Terrible company NEVER BUY FROM THEM they do not care about there customers as soon as you have wasted your money with them they no longer want to know you there products are terrible and when there is a fault and you try to contact them to get it sorted they will completely blank you for days and if they decide to ever get back to you there extremely rude and uninterested and the problem never gets solved
You may as well set your money on fire if you buy from this company

I ordered a 'Milbro Holster' for my Walther: CP99 which came in good condition and quick speed.

Do not buy anything from these people, they lie and cheat when you try to return faulty products!
I am in contact with trading standards to try and get my money back. These people clearly know very little about the products they sell. I will be sharing my experience on youtube for all to see :P

I ordered an Air Pistol (Strike Point Pneumatic) from J. A. G. And I was frustrated at first with the correspondence, because it was being delivered up near Burnley. However, I ended up talking to the director, he said he was called Harp and even though it took a while I received it and it's a top quality air pistol. I did write a bad review at first, because I didn't think I was going to receive it, but I'm happy now. If they had better communication it would of been 5 stars.

I have bought a pistol for my nephew the boy didn't like it and and asked me to change it for a air rifle l went back to the the shop after 3 days from the day l bought the pistol to change it for the rifle and pay the difference they said okay you can buy the rifle but you will keep the pistol after about two hours waiting for the manager he came and told me we will refund the money back and we don't want your business any longer take your refund and leave the shop very rude expired lack of literature l won't advise any one to deal with this people your money is not save and they don't know any thing about customer service

BUYER BEWARE..If I could give this company 0 stars I would have….They contradict their own policies. Warranty null and voided if an item is taken out of its packaging…so how do you check an item??? They send defective items and then blame you for the damage…even if you can prove it’s never been used!!! They are CON ARTISTS ….BUY FROM PELLPAX

Future customers to Just Air Guns should be aware that once you place an order, your future contact enquiries are not likely to be answered.I have requested support information on three occasions since receiving my purchase without any reply.Try another supplier

Not as bad as I've read on here. Yes, communication has been a little difficult and there have been some misunderstandings. Maybe they need a dedicated point of contact that clearly understands customer requirements. That said. The products where as expected, delivered on time (at great cost) and over-all I'm 85% satisfied with the transaction. So 4 stars from me.

Thought I would add a review for these guys as they seem to get a bad press. I purchased a Winchester rifle package from just air guns and for me they delivered on their promises. It was delivered within the window they stated and whenever I’ve contacted them they have been helpful. If I had to think of one negative it would be that they are not strong on communication, but hey, they are not claiming to be a telecoms company.

CONMEN STAY AWAY

I purchased a pistol and as per the other reviews, it failed to work after 6 days. I sent it back under the consumer rights act, they claimed it was broken, and had been used!! Obviously it has been used. I explained to them the law, they refused, then tried to charge me to fix the gun. I have taken them to the small claims court I recommend everyone to STAY AWAY they have limited understanding of English and communications is difficult. AVOID AVOID AVOID

ordered an air rifle in a bundle which included the carrying case, the scope. and some 22. pellets for the rifle.

the order arrived but when i opened it up the scope protector had a crack in in (nothing too bad) and the pellets were the incorrect ones. they had shipped 177. pellets with the 22. rifle.

I contacted them through the site sending them an image of what was shipped, but never got a response. after a few days i sent them an email, and still nothing, eventually i called them, they asked me to send them a message with the image of the wrong pellets (which id already done) after a bit of a hassle a woman eventually said that they would ship the correct pellets out to me on the next send out. its been 3-4 weeks since that and ive given up hope they will ever fulfill their order. some people on these reviews seem to have very different experiences. i imagine that if you are lucky, your order will be fine, but if not, you will end up being screwed over due to their carelessness.

Horrible experience. Avoid this shop like the plague if you care about your lonely and time. The delivery attempts were all not worth the 20gbp delivery fee as the drivers communicated at very short notice via text. The delivery window was very large (half a day) and failed often in part due to the driver turning up early outside of the agreed time window. Wasn’t even able to wait 10mins for me to rush home... agreement to give more notice about the new delivery slot was again not honoured with me having to chase the. Communication around full refunds with the management has been frustrating. There was a lack of accountability and an overall hostile attitude with the manager eventually ignoring / hanging up. Never again

I tried to buy a gun from this company. The website did not work properly so I couldn't make an online order. They advised me to come in instead. I visited but they were very unprofessional, unhelpful and contradicted each other. I decided to walk away rather than deal with such a dodgy outfit.

Do not use this company!

They sold me a pistol that did not work, I took it back and they then put a plastic BB in the barrel and tried to blame me for it!

After apprently 'fixing' the problem the gun still did not work and had new issues with the sheath on the barrel moving away from the actualy barrel. Which they then said must be my fault because they had never heard of that problem before.

I am now having to pursue them legally to get my money back.

Total nightmare. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else.

Bit worried bought co2 pistol and two mags,gun leaked after two days co2 coming out the gun,sent it back with explanation within seven days.Told on phone it would be sent away to be checked if it was faulty.I said I was not happy as it was new but would exchange it for another gun.I was told no the gun must be examined, obviously my word meant nothing,I then had the phone put down on me.Looks like a job for trading standards who I worked with when I was a copper for 32 years.

Cannot praise the service enough. Not sure where the negative reviews came from, but my experience was excellent. Ordered on Friday the 26th of February, received text on Monday the 1st of March advising of delivery the following day and to confirm I would be in to receive rifle. Delivered by really polite and friendly guy, had an issue finding my address as Google maps shows a different location, but chatted him through getting here over the phone. All in all, faultless service and would highly recommend JAG and will use them in the future.

Found this company recently and ordered a crossman r1 rifle as they are one of the few who do door to door delivery .
They were also £25 cheaper than the competition.

I ordered and took delivery about 4 days after which was exceptionally fast , so I'm over the moon.

All round it was a good service and experience with good communication asking about a possible delivery date and the person who delivered the item was within the allocated time bracket and gave a friendly proffesional delivery.

I will use again.

These must be fake recent reviews, paid 250 pounds for an air pistol with delivery, no communication from the outset, when pistol failed I sent multiple videos and even sent in the fault with in turn they told me there was nothing wrong with it, also very rude on the phone, had to contact bank to get my money back. STAY WELL AWAY !!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
