After the initial delivery brought the wrong gun and my complaint the company were very good they sent the proper gun and sent by courier I was very pleased just air guns were very polite and co operative and resolved the issue very quickly.
Thank you just air guns definitely would recommend and use again.

Please don't put price match on website if you cannot match the price, and say our stock is new and others are old, 🤣.

AVAOID ! Hello I would like to say this company is SCAM they will take your money probably send you a broken gun and when you contact them they will be very abusive .

Brought two items recently an air pistol and then a scope.
The air pistol is missing the shoulder stock and the scope with illuminated reticle, the battery cover is basically welded shut.
Tried contacting them via phone, numerous Emails and the so call online chat which is just a web form, NO replies.
I wish to God I looked up the reviews from this site before ordering.
Stay well clear of this company.
Any so called warranty you think you may have with the product is gone out the window as you'll never be able to get support from this company.
If I don't hear from them soon I'll be off to speak to the credit card company for a refund.

Bought a BB gun in September and it wouldnt fire the BB I emailed loads of time and sent a video in showing it wouldnt fire and not had a response from them and have emailed them loads of times since.
Never buy from them again.

This company has no customer care follow up. Defective magazine was supplied which releases the co2 gas. No one replies to emails. Stay well clear

I popped into the store today to pick up shooting related accessories and the service was helpful and friendly.

The worst customer service I have ever had! The email they sent was so rude! I was charged £30 delivery and yet the gun and other items were just thrown into a box rolling around! Hardly safe! Their response “not sure what you expected 30 pounds delivery”
Clearly not fussed about repeat custom.

Rude telephone customer service , driver arrived late and was stroppy and I believe they have passed my details on to at least one third party....AVOID !!!!!!!!!!

Bought a co2 rifle, worked fine for a few weeks then suddenly it started discharging ALL its gas when a new can went in. I contacted them, they asked for a video. I sent them a video and they are now completely ignoring me, sent 3 + emails no response.
Very upset, waste of not only £200 for the gun but OVER 50 quid in wasted 88Gram co2 trying to test it my self.
Not only that but most of the screws holding this thing together appeared as if they had been on / off multiple times.

Delivery information was poor and unreliable and delivery was expensive. Do yourself a favour and buy from Pellpax.

Rubbish company. Item not working after 2 months. I not showed any professional interest in sorting it out. They said they lost my files and emails. Avoid if you don't want hassle or want money back if the item is faulty.

Unprofessional incompetent young employees that get awfully confrontational when told they are wrong. Didn’t deliver the product but was notifying me on numerous occasions that I would get my refund for delivery. After all of that, was told not to contact them anymore and actually threatened to get police involved. Got all my money back via my bank, but just such a hassle and a waste of time and effort. Would recommend either pellpax, airsoft world or patrol base.

Very poor service, and been waiting over 3 weeks for my delivery. I have now cancelled my order, so will see how long they take to refund my money. When I phoned to ask about my order they put the phone down on me. Very poor customer service…..you have been warned

Avoid at all costs! They was quick to take my money but afterwards your left in the dark and they do what they want. Shocking costumer service if they actually decide to pick up. Wish I had got a refund and went somewhere else!

Buyer Beware!
I wish I had read the previous posts about this company. Extremely rude & unprofessional. Called less than two weeks after purchase about a malfunction and basically told to return and they would send to the manufacturer to decide. Couldn't give two hoots! Nasty People

Appalling company. Ordered over 3 weeks ago still no gun despite them taking the money!! Numerous phonecalls and emails, rude, disinterested and unprofessional. Absolutely disgusted with the poor service and have cancelled now. Steer well clear of them!!

Show very little interest in defective goods. Asked for videos and proof of faults reported.
Then stated that they would only be sending back to their supplier so would take forever to resolve.
A decent RFD would replace defective goods.
I wish I hadn't bought the item by post from them...

One of the worst companies I've dealt with, they do not care about customers - once they've got your money, its good as over.
That product you bought? well its yours now, and if there's any fault or issue? well its for you to fix! not their problem!
Complete ignorance to consumers rights act - ideally should do their business elsewhere as they don't seem to respect this countries laws and how to treat customers after selling of goods.

Should also mention this business seems to be a family business of sort or exclusive to their native. They'll speak in their native language in store whether about you or the product, and you will have no idea about anything.

More serious note is how they treat you after you've bought items. It is almost as if they don't even want you to come in and buy from their stores a second time.

Deliveries/Items bought will be missing,
Will send you used returned goods - some scratched up and straight up faulty.

For the life of me, DO NOT order online, as you'll have to pay delivery fees every single time for faulty goods! - both for return and for new product!

After exchange/returns, They will literally say nothing was wrong with the product despite it having deep scratch marks, end up charging you double or tripple.

If you've bought already, take the L-and don't look at this company again.

Not good at all! Lack of knowledge of the products they sell, say "your not using it correctly" when the product is faulty and try to pressure you into accepting faulty products as working.
I was even told outright lies to try and get out of accepting faulty product.
After some digging its clear these people are just after your cash, there is also a trail of previous companies that are now disolved but "JAG" are still trading with these old company names! I am passing all info on to trading standards!
