Everything was great all but I asked for them to be delivered by 12 noon and they didn't get there till around 5pm after my girlfriend had already left for work... that was very disappointing 😞

Arrangement was delivered on time and was beautiful as advertised. Well pleased with service and quality of product.

I got a call from Alhambra, California the morning of the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered. The caller was speaking so softly I could barely understand her. She kept talking about a delivery to (or of, could not understand which) Tina. I did not put together the "Tina" they were referring to was the recipient of the flowers that I had ordered. I did not hear, or they did not tell me, they were calling about a flower delivery, just a "delivery". The flowers were subsequently delivered a day later after I saw an e-mail and called them back.

Living in Florida I had no idea about local florists in Asheville, but as soon as I logged into your website I knew I had found a florist who could be trusted to fulfill my needs. My wife was visiting our daughter in law who just had a baby plus it was her birthday. Your shop delivered two bouquets that brought tears to their eyes. Thank you for your outstanding quality and service.

My cousin is recovering from surgery and LOVED this arrangement. I ordered online...very easy site to navigate. Same day delivery...A++. Thank you so much for this beautiful, artistic arrangement. The butterflies were the perfect touch.

Sadly i needed to send flowers to a sick family member who was in the hospital. They made a hard situation easier. I did it all online from picking the bouquet to writing the card. I dont live where I needed the flowers so I was nervous but they made it to there destination and my family was appreciative. I was so thankful. I will definitely choose them again! Hopefully for a better reason.

Ordered at night and were there before lunch the next day.

I called and ordered a plant for a funeral. On the website, it showed the plant in a white glass planter, and free delivery. I upgraded to a larger plant and the woman on the phone went over pricing and description. The plant arrived in a cheap wicker type planter, not the white glass. Then I wass billed an extra $12. when I called customer service I got some line about phone charge and delivery fee.
NO help at all! Save you $$ get it somewhere that won't cheat you.
