Extremely disappointed with JustFlowers.com. I ordered an arrangement specifically for my parent's anniversary, but it arrived a whole 5 days early. What good is a time-sensitive milestone gift if it shows up way before the actual day? By the time the anniversary arrives, the flowers were already wilting, and the early arrival completely ruined the surprise. When I complained, customer service offered me a insulting $5 refund on a $70 order. I declined. 2 stars for the actual bouquet which was very pretty, but terrible scheduling and awful customer resolution. I will be avoiding them in the future

Great selection to choose from. Timely delivery! The person that received the flowers were surprised and really enjoyed them.

I only left one star because you couldn’t leave none. I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday at 8am and requested delivery by 3. At 3:00 I called to see the status and they notify me they would not be delivered that day. Instead of calling earlier to let me know it wasn’t possible so I could get them ordered elsewhere they offered me $10 to deliver them tomorrow. Very horrible service. Do not order from them.

It is really easy to put in my request. Whenever there is a problem you quickly reach out to ask how it should be handled.

Just Flowers is very easy to work with. Their customer service is spot on and communicates well with the customer. Shipping was completed as promised. I would recommend them based on their offering, attention to detail and delivery of product!

The care after sale and involved a Holiday which no florists were not available to help deliver the flowers to the recipient on the requested day. They continued to persevere to get the delivery accomplished.

Selection of specific flower arrangements for specific reasons were varied and attractive.
The delivery was as specified in the order.

i have ordered from other flower sites and had bad experience with the flowers i ordered and some never got delivery and never got a refund. i m so happy with just flowers for doing an awesome job and giving me such wonderful service. by the way my friend could nt be happier with her flowers. thanks again Pearl

My local flower shop was apparently closed 2 days in a row (even though they were supposed to be open). No note left on the door....nothing. I left a VM for them to call me back, but they never did. So I went online and found Just Flowers and figured I'd give it a try. I wasn't sure the flowers were delivered to the funeral home until I got there and checked, and they were! So everything went very smooth, and yes, I'd use them again.

Ordered a funeral arrangement of flowers. I was very pleased with the beautiful colours of flowers & the the arrangement itself ( a teardrop). Ordering was easy & a professional & very pleasant Lady I spoke to. Could not fault the whole thing.

The flowers were even more beautiful than on their website. I found out my friend had gone out of town for the weekend and I had to change the delivery date at the last minute. NO PROBLEM, they took care of everything.

Customer service was amazing! They called me to make sure everything was set as there was an international delivery. Very happy

Well where do I start ordered flowers for our mother for mother's Day she never received them I have been in dispute since May 2026 well as of September 2026 I was turned down on my dispute. I have sent several copies of emails showing I have been in dispute with my bank and just flowers bank turned down my dispute. So with all the technology now a days to show proof that the flowers were delivered would 1 take a picture of the flowers if left at the residence or 2 have a signature showing they received them. Well just flowers as if it matters to you I'm sure it doesn't you lost my business and I hope karma comes back at you for taken hard working people as if you know anything about hard working people and taken the people's my money you could show no proof these flowers were delivered you are a sorry business if that's what you call yourself I guess I'm done I could probably say a lot more but I'm stopping here.

This is the second time I've used this service, both times for a funeral. I live in another state and have had no issues with Just Flowers; they make my orders easy and worry-free. Just Flowers carries beautiful and affordable choices too.

The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time- however, I was not alerted when the flowers were delivered, even though I provided my email and phone number and this was the only downfall. I would recommend you and use you again.
