Just go Motorhomes - Edinburgh レビュー 

I recently rented a motorhome with Just Go and had a fantastic experience. The vehicles are brand new, very comfortable, and well-equipped. The pickup process was quick and smooth, saving us a lot of time. On top of that, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend Just Go to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable motorhome rental.

Professional Team and nice Vans.
No troubles in term of equipment functionaly but we suggest to improve the tidiness status, that can be improved a little. Also leveling ramps could be given by default.

We moesten echt heel lang wachten voordat het personeel eindelijk tijd had om ons de camper te geven en alles uit te leggen. Daarna ontdekten we dat lang niet alles was uitgelegd, zodat we zelf moesten uitvinden waarom de koelkast niet goed werkte.
En wel raar dat je in Schotland een camper huurt zonder aangepast, extra fijn, horrengaas, omdat gewoon gaas de zeer kleine Midges niet tegenhoudt.

Collection day a bit hectic,motorhome not cleaned that well,fridge required a clean.we had to ask for a kettle. On first stop no sheet with bedding pack,no grill pan ,all reported.As a suggestion adaptor for water hose would be good as most taps on sites required one.Overall enjoyed motorhome experience.

Il était prévu de recuperer le véhicule poir 14h30 nois sommes partie à 17h30, 2h30 attente sans eau et chaise.

La remise des clé n’était pas en fonction des arrivées mais complètement aléatoire

On nous pousse à prendre une assurance complémentaire pour le véhicule et une semaine après avoir rendue le véhicule on nous preleve 400 euros de frais de degradation alors cas
la réception tout était clean.

Je deconseille fortement de louer tout véhicule a cette compagnie, ceux ne sont que des escrocs

Minimal wait time. Efficient processing when we arrived. We were given a very clean and good quality motorhome with good instruction on how to operate it.

Thiefs!!!! Stay away from this company!!
We booked a camper, had the wait 3 h with no very professional people in Edinburg agency.
We bring back the camper, checked by the staff, we have clearance that all is in good order. Yet 7 days later, they send me a bill of 400€ for damages that we did NOT do and furthermore the Van was probably rented after us so they make us pay for someone else damages. Not a single photo to prove any problem!!!!
What a scam!!
And as I am asking for proof , they ignore!!!
So STAY AWAY FROM THAT COMPANY

We hired a 6 persons motorhome and drove through Scotland. The motorhome was nice, but poorly equipped while rather expensive. Glasses, plates, spoons etc: it didn't match and looked as it was randomly grabbed together. The clothing of the front chair was torn. We hired chairs and a table for 45 pound but we could have better bought new ones, lousy quality. A suggestion if you' re planning to rent a camper: buy the bed linnen, pillows and sheets at the Lidl nearby. For 4 persons, this was as expensive as renting it for 1 person!
Five stars for the nice staff of Just Go in Edinburgh! So kind and helpful!

Great company to deal with we had no problems what so ever would definitely use again.

Our first experience with a motorhome was great. The motorhome itself had a lot of space but was also quite large and not so easy to maneuver in the narrow roads of Scotland. We would probably rent a smaller one next time...
Just go were pleasant to interact with and supportive but we faced two issues. 1. We had not sufficiently noticed that to get the van, the opening hours were very short (from 2 to 4:30pm) and since this was our first experience, we did not imagine that arriving at 4 -at the airport- would prevent us to get our van. Our flight was indeed planned to arrive around 4pm so we tried to postpone by one day (immediately after paying the whole sum). Despite of several exchanges they were not flexible at all and we had to pay a full extra day. 2. Just go indicated us a camping close to their offices where we could in theory get rid of our sanitary water on the last day when we needed to give our van back before 10am. We tried to book a camping sufficiently close to Edinborough for the last night, but all camp sites we called were fully booked (on the 5th of August). We arrived at the recommended camping at 8:30 and discovered that there was no arrangement with Just Go to use their facilities. The camping refused. It took us more than 2 hours to find another place after visiting a number of other campings that also refused. We could not be on time and had to pay a 100£ fee for this.
Overall, despite a good service, the lack of flexibility costed us 300£.

Que dire? A part sejour parfait en Écosse. Un pays merveilleux que nous avons pu explorer grace a just go! Tout dabord la location a ete tres simple sur le site internet et tout est bien détaillé.
Le camping car était propre fonctionnel aucun défaut. Les lits etaient tres confortables et nous avons super bien dormi.
L'accueil au dépôt s'est tres bien passé et fut agréable. Tout nous a ete tres bien expliqué. Le retour du camping car a ete facile et rapide.
Tout etait parfait et nous reviendrons pour sûr louer chez justgo! Rapidement j'espère !

The motorhome was perfect, just as it appeared in the photos when booking. However, during the rental, a motor warning appeared, and it was impossible to get in touch with the breakdown department. It took them more than four days to respond to our emails. Without a UK SIM card, we couldn’t make calls and could only contact JustGo by email.
I would highlight as a major inconvenience how poorly communicated the pick-up location and the check-in/check-out times are, as you effectively lose a day of rental but still have to pay for it.

From booking to handing it back after the trip was very easy, helpful staff, making it something we will be doing again. excellent service and any questions answered straight away. Fantastic campervan had everything you could want and more.

Enjoyable hire no mechanical issues with van, staff friendly and minimum fuss can be busy on pickup and drop off.
We found van wasnt as equipped as mentioned so would value more attention but in fairness we didn’t check this prior to departure
Would be handy to know of local places for waste disposal near to drop off as a bit awkward if making long journey back
All in all would use again

They were super nice to us, explained everything and made sure that we were good to go before departing. Paperwork was quick, the caravan was amazing, the price was the best you can find in Edinburgh, communication was quick when contacting them on the road... the whole experience was perfect.

Over experience was really positive, we had no issues with the motorhome and it was in great, clean, working condition.

The team were responsive when we needed them and detailed up come pick up and drop off to ensure we were well aware of everything.

Motorhome was very dirty and some things not working properly, e.g., side door very difficult to close, toilet cassette leaking.

Start to finish excellent, easy to book, easy to contact, regarding enquiries and information, very straightforward returning the motorhome. Very friendly informative staff.

The car was in a perfect state, receiving it and delivering it were easy; small anomalies or damage were handled in a relaxed way. We had a wonderful trip through Scotland.

Customer service is great. Checked in no fuss & Louren was very professional showing us how everything worked. Customer service throughout was excellent & returning the vehicle was easier than check in no fuss, just done right. This is the 3rd time we’ve used Just Go & it won’t be the last. Thank you to all the Edinburgh team.
