The quality of instruction is hard to beat. Clear lessons, excellent lesson structure. Easy to review things you know and to find a clear path for personal progress. Once I found JustinGuitar I stopped YouTube wandering. Yay!

If you’re looking for an online guitar teacher, I can’t recommend Justin enough. He is incredibly dedicated and makes every lesson easy to follow. Practicing feels fun and motivating because of the way he explains things, and he really helps you build confidence step by step. A great teacher for anyone who wants to enjoy learning guitar and actually make progress.

The courses on this site are simply excellent and straight to the point. Unlike some online instructors who tend to overexplain or lose focus on the main topic, these lessons are strictly dedicated to the actual material in an efficient and professional way. Highly recommended!

Exceptional free content and personally liked the way Justin is explaining/teaching, so I bought Practical Music Theory and will probably in future get the Blues course when I progress enough.

Justin guitar is in my opinion the best guitar learning tool on the internet.
Even if you just use his free lessons you will learn to play guitar.I know this because I have.

Justin is a great teacher. I regained my passion for playing guitar listening to his videos. I can now play my favourite songs on guitar thanks to Justin. His tee shirts and song books are great.

I started using the JustinGuitar app several years ago to learn guitar and found it a fantastic tool. Justin presents the information in a thoughtful way that is easy for beginners to pick up. As your skills progress, he introduces new concepts and explains them in a manner that keeps you interested and prevents you from hitting a plateau. I can’t recommend the JustinGuitar app and website enough! A great place to begin or continue your guitar journey!

As a teacher myself, I find Justin one of the best teachers of anything I've experienced on the internet, and he is a class above anyone else teaching guitar. He is not only a gifted musician but a passionate teacher who has trained to teach and knows through his own experience what it's like to be a learner. He makes that learner's experience explicit, all the time. He is a humble chap, always wanting feedback and looking to improve. Then these is so much more involved in delivering this teaching online that I could rave about, but...well...as a teacher I find Justin an inspiring teacher. Goodonya, mate.

I love learning online with Justin. Years ago I tried to learn by myself and gave up...sold my guitar. Well I bought a new one at 67 years old and with Justin, I know i can do it this time. So excited!

I’ve been using the resources that Justin provides, first the free and then the paid, for over 6 years now. Went from 0 ability or knowledge to being able to play with friends, jam groups and now working on putting together a band. You have to honor the approach giving free structured lessons and commitment Justin and his team is showing for students to learn how to play.
I started little over three years ago to learn how to play and paid for extra content and Tabs to practice.
I have to compliment the site for updating songs which were recorded from the days he started. It shows that he is developing and using high end equipment to produce the videos.

Great guy, site and apps. They've taken me from a total first chord beginner to being able to play songs I enjoy. Even got me through the dreaded barre chord phase!
