Good price and delivery time reasonable. It's too early to say if these tablets 'work' but I'm hopeful!

Subscription problems
It's great turmeric but the automatic subscription wasn't done the first time, and when it wasn't done the second time and nobody was answering my emails I gave up and cancelled.
Updated 9/2 the company have made a more than generous compensation for the poor subscription service and since the actual product is far better than powder filled gels and the only one where I can get my 1g dose in just two tablets (current one is five!) they will probably get me back as a customer.

Service
You do what it says on the tin. You supply a quality product, on time and of good value.

Dear David,
Thank you for your detailed feedback. Weâre pleased to hear youâre happy with the product quality, value, and timely delivery.
We apologise for the confusion caused. To clarify, your order is on our Subscribe & Save for a 2-month supply (120 capsules). However, on this occasion, you were charged for and received a 30-day supply only, which is not as intended.
We are currently reviewing this and have reached out to you directly via email to resolve the matter promptly. Please feel free to contact us at any time if you have further questions or need additional clarification.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
Kind regards,
