Terrible customer service (lack thereof) Ordered back in April, and have had nothing since, was looking forward to trying these cherry drops out, however, radio silence, and missed communications force my hand, AVOID. AT. ALL. COST. Save your money and look elsewhere

Placed an order for some Nuclear Drops on the 8th June.
Writing this review now as I have not received the item.
I have emailed, commented on Facebook and sent a message via Whatsapp and no response.
I have alerted my Bank to reverse the charges. It is such a shame as seen some videos and was looking forward to trying the product.

Placed an order on 22nd May. Took my money and nothing. No delivery, no response to my emails. I strongly advise NOT to order from this company. They rob you of your money! My bank is now dealing with this

Do not buy from this company.
I placed an order on 12 May and never received it. I contacted the seller three times via TikTok messages but received no response. I also asked about my order during his live streams after seeing other customers mention that they had not received their orders either. He repeatedly told people to message him, but he never replied to my messages.
I then tried contacting him by email, but the email address provided appears not to be working, as my messages bounced back. I also left a comment on one of his posts explaining that I had not received my order, but again received no response.
A week later, another customer replied to my comment saying she had experienced the same issue. When I responded that I believed the seller was scamming customers, he finally replied, claiming that I had received my order. I asked him to provide proof of delivery and questioned why it had taken him a week to respond publicly while ignoring all of my previous messages. Instead of answering my questions or providing any proof, he blocked me.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this company.

Don't buy. They don't reply to e-mail, facebook or instagram. They just take your money and don't send what you have paid for.

I have ordered from them 8 days ago, I've sent an email, not heard anything, I want my money back(they don't have an email address or phone number on their website, I had to send an email as a reply to the sales receipt, judging by the reviews on here it looks really unlikely I'm going to get anything, I will be raising this with my bank and posting on social media

Placed an order over a week ago closer to 2 weeks now still not received them emailed them and no reply ended up raising a dispute with my bank to try and get a refund. Only after posting this a got a email asking if I had received my order which I didn’t as it shows order placed awaiting details . So it takes a bad review for someone to contact you after already sending emails about the order . To be asked what would it take for me to remove my post . Total shocking

Total scam. Took my money but I got nothing and didn’t respond to multiple emails.

⚠️❗️⚠️❗️⚠️This company doesn’t even deserve the 1*. I placed an order 9th Jan. I still have not recieved this. I have emailed twice with no response. I have messaged on TikTok, no response. I even went into this guys live stream to ask where my order was… then found myself muted/blocked whilst he told all his followers/potential new customers that we had been in frequent contact - this was an absolute lie. This man is a liar, scammer and con artist who uses vulnerable ‘up and coming’ content creators to advertise his products to then not sent people’s orders out - the people who worked hard to treat themselves. this man deserves to be closed down and people should AVOID.. do not trust this awful human being.⚠️❗️⚠️❗️⚠️

Found this company online in early November 2025 advertising hand made confections (ribbon candy for the US holiday season) so I ordered holiday gifts for the kids in our lives.

Followed up three times by email beginning a month later in early December to ensure on time delivery with not a single reply. Here we are on January 1st post holiday season, three emails, and absitively not a peep from KandiKingdom whatsoever! Not even a courtesy note or updates to warn the delivery would miss the holidays thereby disappointing the children.

KandiKingdom ought to be ashamed!

Personally if I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered the nuclear drops as I had previously tried the black death mega sour sweets and was interested on how these would taste. When trying to track the order it had said it had been delivered but hadn't received anything. So I emailed them to see what was going on. Have had no reply cant even find anywhere to request a refund. Now states on the tracking for shipment that its still being prepared. Has been saying the same thing for 3 weeks now. Not happy!
Do not get scammed by this website.

The wife ordered on the 6th of october, it is at the time of writing this now the 23rd and according to yodel who have literally just received the order will be delivered on monday the 27th, do yourself a favour and avoid this rats nest of a company and go somewhere that actually cares for your're custom, not answered any emails, had to threaten with going to our bank and demanding money back as fraudulent selling by them, that finally woke the useless inbreds up and still got no email explaining their absolute abysmall behaviour just a label was created 2 days after threatening them, please you have been warned to stay well away from this really bad joke of a company,

I was lucky to receive part order but since emailing them and they saying would be sorted NOTHING!!!!!!

Absolute shambles of a company. I had to contact them after ordering online, as they obviously don't read their sale notifications, and have not received the order as the courier won't send it on, due to it being poorly packaged. Kandikingdom, aren't interested in helping me further, or replying to me now they have my money!

Just stole my money !! Nothing is happing not getting my order or any communication if theres a delay... I think this is a scam website !

Ordered item on 29/8/25, had to email seller after the item wasn't dispatched to be told it would be next day dispatch. Item received by courier on 3/9/25 so item should of been delivered within 2/4 days, item adventurally got delivered on 14/9/25. Emailed seller to be told everything was fine on his end all to do with the courier and when I talked to the courier they told me the package wasn't packed properly and they had to repackage, but a refund should have been granted from the seller but Clearly doesn't want to lose money, but should really get packages to people on time.

Betrug am Kunden, keine Kaufempfehlung

Ich habe am 26.Juni.2025 eine Bestellung aufgegeben und bis heute keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Also seit etwas mehr als 2 Monaten warte ich nun.

Über die offizielle Support E-Mail gab es keine Reaktion und auch über andere Wege wie Instagram hatte ich leider keinen Erfolg. Ansonsten gibt es leider keinen Weg mit diesem Unternehmen in Kontakt zu treten, da keine Telefonnummer oder ähnliches hinterlegt ist. Schade eigentlich, die YouTube Videos sahen sehr vielversprechend aus. Von meinem Geld hab ich mich bereits verabschiedet, da es eine Auslandsüberweisung war.

Ein Beispiel das man bei sowas eher vorsichtig sein sollte, da man nie weiß wie der Verkäufer drauf ist.

Update vom 06 September 2025:

Nach 64 Tagen habe ich am 30 August nun endlich eine Versandbestätigung bekommen, nur einen Tag nachdem ich diese Review auf Trustpilot onlinegestellt hatte. 7 Tage später ist tatsächlich auch ein Großteil meiner Bestellung angekommen.

Was die Bestellung selbst angeht muss ich sagen, dass zwar noch einiges fehlt und auch drei Artikel mit gesendet wurden die ich nicht bestellt hatte, aber vielleicht ist ja noch ein Paket mit meinen Ribbon Candys unterwegs. Ab jetzt sind die Karten ja wieder offen, ich hatte eigentlich damit gerechnet das ich überhaupt nichts mehr bekomme.

Die Süßigkeiten sind Hochwertig verpackt und haben den Transport von England nach Deutschland ohne Probleme überstanden.

Warum ich einen Tag nach meiner Review eine Versandbestätigung bekommen habe kann ich nicht mit Sicherheit sagen. Einige Artikel wurden, nachdem ich meine Bestellung aufgegeben hatte Auf Sold Out gesetzt. Vielleicht wurden diese Artikel erst wieder nachproduziert, aber auch da hatte ich diesbezüglich am 23 Juli 2025 eine E-Mail geschrieben und versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen. Ob es wirklich an dieser Review gelegen hat oder nicht weiß ich nicht, dennoch wäre es schön wenn man bei sowas den Kontakt zum Kunden sucht. Ob meine Bestellung übersehen wurde, ob manche Artikel nicht lieferbar waren oder ob andere Probleme vorlagen, dass kann ja passieren! Aber dann sollte man seinen Kunden doch bitte Informieren, man findet ja für alles eine Lösung.

Over 2 weeks later no communication from them despite emails. Still not received!! Avoid!!
