Good followup. Give better info to towing company. They first went to wrong address.

Donating our vehicle was an easy process and the team at Kars4Kids was able to answer all my questions. They have a superb customer service, easy booking/pick up process, and an efficient turnaround time from donation to sale of vehicle.

My experience with Kars4kids was horrible. First, despite providing them with the correct address, they assigned a tow company based out of San Diego - we live in Florida. Second, despite correcting the address with the towing partner (Copart) they called to pick the car up again in San Diego. They didn't have the correct name, correct address, or pickup information. I called them to schedule the pickup and resolve the continued issues. I gave them 24-hours to resolve the problem, call me back, and perform the pickup. Needless to say, 3 days later, still no pickup. The tow company said they had tried to contact me multiple times. That isn't true. I have no missed calls, no filtered calls, and nothing in voice mail. I would recommend you find another organization to donate your used vehicle to. After two weeks of trying to donate my vehicle, I finally cancelled my donation and found a different donation pathway.

This org is a judicially-declared SCAM. A judge in California ruled in August 2026 that they had to stop playing ads there because it is FALSE ADVERTISING. The only “kids” being helped are Jewish American teenagers, who get a free trip to Israel to meet and find their future spouses. Google Kars4Kids scam. Use Habitat For Humanity.

Took a little while for them to tow it, but the process is incredibly easy and goes to a great cause

Easy setting up, great instructions and the tow truck driver was helpfull and nice.

Their parent company is called Oorah. I encourage you to research it on your own.

As for me, terrible experience with Kars4Israel. I asked, but they refused to explain to me exactly what they would do with my car, but I donated anyway. That was my mistake

They sell the cars they received to fund their religious organization.

Their commercials are misleading. I am sorry I donated. Also, it's worth noting that the "vacation voucher" they promised me was a time share pitch.

The online process to donate was easy, quick and clear. The emails had clear instructions on processes. Communication with the towing company had a hiccup, but the driver was fantastic and came when he said he would! Overall, fast and easy!

Edgarin Towing was way beyond professional in how they handled the pickup! Our car was no longer working and, being that it’s a Mini Cooper, the electronics pretty much locked up everything including the wheels! My appreciation to the young lady who solo-handled the whole towing process -THANK YOU! And to Brenda, for making everything seamless — THANK YOU as well!

Very helpful and accommodating customer service! Wish we had more cars to donate.

Communication was very good. The person who came from the Towing company was wonderful. Everything ran on time and maybe even a little early which was great.

It was very easy to communicate with the company that take care of the arrangements.

The driver was very understanding my daughter was crying to see our van roll away. He communicated with me prior to arrival and was there promptly.

the service was great the only 1 problem was a mix up of the day pick up otherwise every thing went smoothly

I think the organization and fluid process is what stands out. I am an avid DIY but this was beyond me, or so I thought until I contacted K4K. I never lifted a finger from the time they arrived to take possession of the car, to the final email receipt from the auction. But I was so happy they obtained a sizeable amount of money from the car not only to offset their costs, but to help the organization.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly everything was handled, particularly the intial contact and auto pick-up.

I got a response to my donation quickly. Within a week my truck was gone. The tow truck driver was extremely helpful. This is the 2nd time I've donated to Kars For Kids and would do it again
