This was the easiest process I have ever done for a donation. The communication was also amazing. From letting me know when the car was to be picked up to the tow truck calling and verifying the car was ready. We were very happy to help as well!

First, it is a good feeling to help kids who might be needing help, and I know there are lots of them.
The driver of the towing company who picked up the car was very respectful and efficient.
Lastly, I was surprised to get my tax credit slip early.

The agency is easy to work with, they answer questions promptly and the driver they use in my area has picked up from me a couple times and he is always friendly and flexible.

Rapide, efficace

Our little car broke down in a state we didn't live in and Kars4Kids worked with us on being able to mail in the title, because it wasn't with the car when they picked it up. Hopefully our little car can be fixed, or at least parts used, so others can have working vehicles.

Total Scam. After 6 weeks from car pickup I phoned to see where my tax receipt was . Girl I talked to said it was still being processed. When I mentioned its already been 6 weeks she magically finds it . $1000. Car was worth more than that. Should have sold it privately. If you want a fare value for your car ,DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I had a very pleasant gentleman that supported me through my decision. He was not pushy, just very informative. He left the decision up to me, as to whether I wanted to donate my vehicle. The ow truck driver was also very pleasant and he was on time.

Great way to help out and give back to your community. The help goes both way for you, they take care of picking up your car for free and you get to donate whatever it's worth, so they can help someone in need.

Tow driver gave us a heads up about arrival time and arrived when promised. Driver was quick in hooking up our van and leaving a receipt.
Dealing with the admin woman was easy and thorough.

Instructions were easy to follow. Pick up was quick and easy, and the communication afterward - to transfer the title - was clear and courteous.
