Always a good experience with Katzecure. From arranging the visit to the prompt arrival, efficient installation and ensuring that the place is left tidy afterwards. The cat security system is great and the service is even better. Thanks all.

We had a fantastic experience with Katzecure - the communication has been brilliant and Jane made sure to answer all my questions upfront. The system itself is very clever, thorough and looks stylish as well. The installation team was incredibly professional and the quality of the job was excellent. I had complete reassurance that every avenue of escape had been considered and our little cat would be safe to explore. Our cat is thrilled with her new garden and absolutely loves exploring safely. Couldn't recommend Katzecure enough, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we ever needed to.

We have used Katzecure twice now, and never a regret. For the last 5 years, we have lived in a new estate. The site was in construction the whole time and bad news about cats meeting large vehicles were regular on the local Fb group. But with Katzecure in place, our cats were safe in their own garden. We had no escape, no intrusion and we felt safe and relaxed knowing our cats and kittens could enjoy the outdoors without risks.
As we moved to a new place, we have once again secured our garden to offer our feline family a safe harbour. Katzecure have been very diligent and incredibly flexible to come and help us. Their product range has increases and we now use their new alluminum range for an even better looking garden. The construction went smoothly and the guys were lovely.

My experience with Katzecure from my initial email enquiring to the guys that fitted this amazing system was 5 stars from start to finish. The customer service was amazing and so helpful. When the day came for the fitting, the guys were so friendly and explained everything that they were going to be doing and constantly checking I was happy. They left no mess whatsoever and their workmanship was first class. I absolutely love this system and my two British shorthaired cats love it too, they haven't escaped even after two attempts. I feel so reassured that when I let my two cats out that they are safe and secure and just loving life being outside so much. Thank you Katzecure!!

I’ve had my Katzecure installed for many years now. It’s quite simply the best cat security system I know of and is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Not only has it kept my two Siamese cats safe from the outside traffic and dangers, it’s also prevented other animals from entering (or at least when they’ve tried it once, they don’t come back!). I’ve had my two cats (Koko & Kiki) since they were kittens. They are now 14yrs old and never try to escape now. I remember the first time Koko attempted to climb on the poles, he got such a surprise that he’s never been near the poles since! Kiki has always been quite timid and has shown no interest in trying to escape. They are both happy to laze about in the sunshine or on a wet day, just sit under the lean-to.
I continued with a Maintenance contract as the benefits far outweigh the cost and I have a yearly visit from the team to keep all the poles in good order and underneath the conifers sealed tight (this visit is included in the monthly maintenance fee).
A lot of visitors to my home, think that it’s a great feature of the garden – very oriental looking.
If you are thinking about getting it, then I would say don’t hesitate. I’ve kept my two cats safe for 14 years – no vet fees or accidents and peace of mind that they’ve never gone astray; we can all enjoy the outdoors and I can leave them safely in the back garden when I pop out for a few hours. Happy days!

Wow! What a find Katzecure was! Such a fab company, from initial contact right the way through to installation. We submitted some measurements and photos of our garden for an initial quote and Billy soon came back to us with various options for our garden. Jane was in regular contact with us to keep us up to date with progress of our quote and to organise the installation. Matt and David arrived as agreed and quickly got to work on the installation and were also able to troubleshoot any areas on site that needed extra attention. Our cat Orion has absolutely loved his new outdoor freedom and we have the peace of mind that he can safely be outside enjoying the garden. Cosmetically the installation is also very nice and really finishes the garden off. Couldn't recommend Katzecure more, a professional service, great product and super friendly team. Thank you all!

I couldn't wait to leave a review. Our Katzecure system is being fitted as I type!. From the first interaction to the installation process I cannot fault the team. Jane, Billy, Matt & David are all very professional and understanding. We actually got a quote back in January but put it on the back burner due to the cost. Well that was a mistake. Sadly one of our cats, Coco, was hit by a car outside our house. She was very lucky in that she was able to have an operation to repair her fractured pelvis and in 6 weeks time will hopefully be back to normal. We have 3 other cats and there was absolutely no way I could let them roam after Coco's accident, so I contacted Jane again. She was very understanding and expressed real concern for Coco and her and Billy worked to get to us and install the system as soon as was possible. The system is being installed now and I am sure it will prove to be effective. Yes, it is expensive, but the value and peace of mind it will bring to us cannot be underestimated. Many thanks. The Katzecure system is not cheap, but the product and the service is excellent. I have had powder coated green aluminium poles including trellis extensions fitted. It looks great, actually improves the look of the garden, keeps my cat in and will likely keep other cats out. The roller design is ingenious. I had a survey in person by Matt as there was a lot of vegetation and it was hard to describe on the web. Matt did a very thorough survey and produced a plan, I decided to request a few changes (at my own risk) and Matt rang me back to discuss those to make sure there were no misunderstandings. There was a six week wait until install, during which time I needed to get brambles cut back, unfortunately due to circumstances I didn't manage this and needed to postpone. Jane and Billy juggled appointments around so that my installation could take place with a fortnight after I had had the brambles cut back. The installation (over two days) by Matt and David was excellent, they were prompt, tidy and most importantly the installation itself was well done. They also showed concern for my cat, taking care that she didn't escape during installation. Overall a very good experience, thank you.

We recently had trellis extensions and rollers installed by the Katzecure team and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. On the administration side, the team is professional and quick to respond to any queries. They were also very flexible and understanding when we were delayed in sending our deposit due to covid, and arranged for our installation to be brought forwards when a cancellation came up. The installation was done quickly (in just one day) and we are really impressed with the results - it is even better than I imagined it would be. While the system and installation are expensive, I think it was really worth it. Our cat is now able to enjoy the garden for the first time (and she absolutely loves it!) and I have complete peace of mind that she's safe. Thanks so much Katzecure.

We found this company online and they could not be more helpful. Have had the system installed after a hideously hot summer and cats loving the fact they can get into the garden - yes they have tried to escape but it’s so secure no chance.

I am so pleased with my Katzecure fence and so are my cats Teddy and Bear!
They had both had to be indoor cats but now they are able to experience the great outdoors in safety and are very much enjoying it.

Billy and his team did a super job fitting it, they were very efficient and nothing was too much trouble.
It looks really good too, my visitors have been very impressed!

Now all I have to do is get the boys used to their new cat door!!

I just cannot fault the service from Katzecure. From the moment I made first contact with them right up until the project was finished they were exemplary. It's no exaggeration to say they, and the system, exceeded expectations. At the sight visit we discussed our needs, and the cat's of course, and worked hard to problem solve a couple of design issue the installation would face. With a design agreed the days of the install were amazing. The team worked so hard over the 3 days they were here and did some amazing on sight problem solving as well. Nothing was too much for them and every 'can you do this?' question was met with, 'Sure. No problem we can do that'. Installation over and they cleaned up totally as if they'd never been here. But the real question is would the Katzecure system work and would it keep a large Ragdoll out of harms way. After a few 'tests' for weak points I am happy to say that I'm 100% confident that the system works and the cat will not be able to get out. Added to that it looks beautiful as well!!! We are so very happy with the service and the system and I have no hesitation in recommending Katzecure.

The whole company was brilliant- from Jane in the office to the lads who did the work to Billy as Managing Director and expert advisor They went over and above their remit and were flexible and very reassuring to a very anxious cat mummy. We got the wooden pole fence enclosures installed but great imagination was needed for areas of the garden with sheds and a tree, which was managed superbly. I highly recommend this company.

The service was excellent from start to finish. I was booked in for 2 days work as the guys had to take down the rollers at my old house and erect new ones at my new address. They worked solidly and finished the job in 1 day. It looks fantastic and my 3 cats have not even attempted to jump. They are worth every penny if you don’t want your cats to get out of the garden. Would definitely recommend. A very happy customer 👍😁

We have had a small courtyard secured by Katzecure for about 7 years. We recently decided to have the whole garden made safe and secure for our cats. It is a complex garden, with trees and outbuildings.

Billy undertook a survey and assured us it was possible to do the whole garden. His team worked for a full week to install the system. The system looks good, but more importantly it opens up the garden, not only to our cats, but also to us. No more worries about visiting children leaving gates open and letting ‘the boys’ escape. Having the garden Katzecured has increased our living space in real terms. It has made a massive difference in terms of outdoor entertaining as well, with guests able to move around freely without worrying about keeping our cats in.

Thank you Katzecure for the fantastic installation. It has completely changed our little cat Freddie's life and ours. We can finally open the doors without worrying about Freddie escaping. The system was installed very quickly by your team, and they explained every part of the process. They also filled any gaps and holes around the garden where the cat may be able to escape. It actually looks like a feature on top of the fences and is certainly not an eye sore, especially the timber poles against the usual timber fences. We are so happy with the system, thank you again!
