The team at Katzecure really set the standard in customer service. We opted for the DIY option and they were so helpful in advising me which of their brackets I needed.

Without even prompting Billy called me to discuss how the system would fit into our garden and advised the best way to install it.

When I had questions during the install someone was always quickly available to take my call or text, and everyone always so friendly.

The brackets are really high quality and the system is a really good one, blending seamlessly into our garden with a nice aesthetic.

Very impressed, could not ask for more.

Excellent service from beginning to end, accommodated late changes and both office and onsite staff were lovely. This is the second time I have used Katzecure and although initial costs seem high, it lasts!! the peace of mind and being able to go in and out of the garden without worrying is immense! My cat absolutely loves being able to get into the garden he currently spends all day out there a very happy cat and after the first couple of days he doesn't seem to be trying to get out. Highly recommend both for the product and the service

One of our poles had warped and needed replacing 6.5 years after being installed. the Katzecure team were able to deliver and another pole enroute to another job and very kindly swapped it out for the old one too! I couldn't ask for better communication, it was all sorted within a few days without any bother. By the way, the system in excellent and we've been very pleased with how it functions and looks over the last few years.

Wonderful company, they were very approachable and tailored the work perfectly to our garden (which was quite complex to do). The katzecure system itself works as intended, we now have had it for a few months and the cats have not managed to even come close to an escape (despite several attempts!). All in all couldnt be happier with both the system and the professionalism of the company itself. Highly reccomended!

We have just had our installation completed by Katzecure and it took two days for a modest sized patio area! It was a pleasure to work with everyone at the company and we are very pleased with the finished enclosure! It is structurally sturdy which we needed as we have Maine Coons and we chose this system because of the rollers at the top! My boy is a climber and the fencing is firm enough to climb but he can’t get over the rollers as they overhang! Other cat fencing options just looked too flimsy to take the weight of a large breed cat testing it out! Thank you Katzecure for all your hard work!

I am so glad I decided to make my garden cat safe using the the Katzecure system - my rag doll cat loved being out in the garden with me but I was worried he got out when I wasn't there to watch him. He now spends most nights out (it is warm at the moment) and loves just laying in the sun. It is such a relief not worrying about him escaping but also the joy he has at being outdoors is amazing.

Jane and Billy have been so helpful with answering lots of inane queries from me and have refunded me for some extra parts I didn't use - they have been helpful beyond what I would have expected. It was easier to install than I had expected too and looks fantastic. I went for black metal poles on top of black stained fence panels. I think it looks better than it did before!

I pondered for a long time about justifying the cost but I am really glad I decided to get it in the end.

We would highly recommend Katzecure. We had been deciding whether to get the system for a while but are extremely happy we did. The system seems to work and looks great so far, it allows both us and our two rag dolls to enjoy the garden together. The team (Shaun and Forte) installing in our system were great, and returned to resolve a minor issue we had.

I love my Cat fence system from KatZecure! From quotation through to install the team were great. Very professional and left nothing to chance. It’s been in place for a few months now and it’s amazing, it provides such a great peace of mind! It’s not cheap, however it is 100% worth the money. I also think the Katzecure system aesthetically looks much better than the wire ones

Really happy with my katzecure system, very professional and helpful staff. Our system looks amazing and our cats love the freedom in our garden. Can't recommend them more highly, fab communication from the office staff to the guys fitting the system, can't fault them at all.

Fantastic cat fencing!!!

I first had my Katzecure fence installed around 10 years ago and it is the best money I have ever spent as a cat lover who wants to keep her cats safe and happily enjoying the garden.

I am always telling fellow cat lovers about Katzecure and recommending it to them. One friend had lost several beloved cats in traffic accidents in the years since having the system installed her cats have stayed safe.

Communication with the Katzecure office is super friendly and efficient and the guys who have fitted and maintained are always great.

I would recommend the system to anyone who wants to give their cats access to the outdoors and know that they will be safe.

We've just had some more work done by Billy and his team and as was to be confidently expected by ourselves, the project was carried out professionally and effectively with as usual, an exceptionally high level of customer care and satisfaction. Really pleased with our cat proofing; it's been in place for around three weeks so far and no cat escapes! Also survived storm Eunice - so obviously very sturdy!

Very pleased with the installation, just what we wanted. Feeling much more confident when the boys are in the garden. Our BSHs Jack and Burley have not tested the rollers but the neighbour cats certainly have. (We love them, but their digging and little gifts in our garden beds, not so much. Birds have started returning to our feeders as well.) The Katzecure guys did a fine job under sometimes miserable rain conditions. The additions to our fence are actually quite pleasing, looks wise, not out of place.

Powder coated aluminium poles used for our garden to contain our cattery of Norwegian Forest Cats. Also high quality trellis in places to raise the system to the required hight.
The instillation team were fantastic. Punctual, courteous and extremely hard working.
Definitely recommend this company over any others.

Excellent service from start to finish. Katzecure were really responsive and answered all my queries. They quoted from photos of the garden and were able to provide a fitted and DIY install price. We went with the fitted install and really pleased with the service. The fitters were really lovely and followed all covid distancing guidelines. They also both loved cats which is obviously a huge plus as they understand why it's so important the cats are kept safe. We came up against a slight issue with a canopy in our garden but they trouble shooted and gave me a few options to go with. They were quick and tidy and made sure all the escape routes were dealt with. Follow up communication and payment was straightforward and easy. The cats have just accepted they can't get out and haven't even tested the system. Really pleased we went with this company
