Keenans were brilliant with our house sale from start to finish. From Richard's initial visit, to Jonathan's committment to sell the property and then Katie's responsibility for progression, Keenans provided a fabulous and professional service throughout. Katie was phenomenal and helped us keep focused through a complicated 6 month process by being understanding, empathic and a great listener. I would wholly recommend Keenans as all staff were professional, great at communication and fully committed to us as house seller's. Thank you 😊

From the beginning to end Paul and Abbey and Harry Rouine made the process as easy as possible, although selling and buying a house is never easy. Paul was so upbeat he made you believe they could sell the property and he and Abbey worked with us to get a good sale. The viewings were well managed we achieved a sale in about 4 weeks Harry supported us from the moment we had a sale with weekly updates and as we got nearer to completion, the updates were sometimes daily, or even twice daily in the last couple of weeks. He was calm and knowledgable and helped to keep the chain moving by liaising with everyone thank you to everyone and we would not hesitate to recommend Kennans to anyone looking to sell

I viewed a rental property in Swinton recently with my partner and was shown around by Simon. He was so professional in answering all our questions during the viewing. Even though the property wasn’t right for us we will definitely be looking forward to viewing more with Keenan’s and Simon.

We appointed Keenan’s from personal recommendation and we were not disappointed. The service from initial meeting / photography / brochure design, was totally inclusive. Everything was discussed & recommendations made. These recommendations saw our house sold within the week (with 2 offers being made on the day the listing went live - selling for more than the asking price).

We used the Accrington branch to sell my Father's property. We had an entitled time waster make an offer. Even though she was told by her mortgage provider the property was worth the amount offered, she wanted to send various builders round to establish the costs to make the amendments she wanted. She didn't send them all round in one week, it went on for weeks and refused to progress the sale with a solicitor. We asked Lorraine to put the property back on the market and she did. The buyer then stormed in to the branch and demanded that the property was taken off the market. This was done so without our consent. We would not have agreed. Perhaps some of the team are a little inexperienced. Lorraine's experience shone through, always pleasant, knowledgeable and her customer service was excellent and professional. The 5 stars are down to Lorraine.

Jonathan and Co at the Clitheroe branch were brilliant - friendly, professional and kept us up to date with how our sale was progressing. Our situation was a bit different in that we lived hundreds of miles from the property we were selling but they made it easy and relatively stress free. Would highly recommend!

Kieran Beech from the sales progression team has now dealt with 2 properties I have purchased over the last 3 months in the Blackburn & Darwen area. Fabulous standards of communication and customer service. Constant phone calls to provide updates and reassurance. He has done a great job liaising with the mortgage advisor and solicitor for updates and also helped with a tricky tenant. Highly recommend asking for him if you're in the process of purchasing a property with Keenans as you'll have your purchase handled well.

Keenans took over this sale from another local agent. While they found a buyer quite quickly, the sale did take longer than we expected and updates were sometimes hard to come by
