I ordered a photo frame engraved yesterday, and had next day delivery. DPD then said they had tried to deliver (when they hadn't) I spoke to Nathan at keep it personal and he was on it straight away. Within 15 mins the frame was delivered - he was amazing, kind and understood that I needed the frame for this evening.
The frame and engraving itself are fantastic and the amazing customer service to top it off, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants quality products with amazing customer service to match!

Only got a small engraved glass. The product is excellent and what surprised me most was the quality of the engraving. Very nice packaging.
