Quick response to questions. Product was well packed and fit perfect.

Parts were manufactured wrong, causing so many issues, stress and unnecessary corrections. The amount of work it would take to disassemble the entire product, package and ship is simply ridiculous. We will not purchase from this company again. I have photos but this review company doesn't allow photos.

We have purchased the 3 in one windshield, the seatbelt bypass and the side mirrors. All are high quality.

Product received in 2 separate boxes. In great condition. I received just the washer part and 3 days later received the wiper part in a separate box. It would be nice if it was said there would be 2 separate boxes delivered. Overall, great deal and seems to be a great product. (Not yet installed) thank you Kemimoto. I will do more business with you! Jb

Be careful using KEMIMOTO. I ordered two items, received one, over a week after receiving the item I emailed them asking where my product was. I got an email from a Sophia stating it was all ready delivered and I needed to go to the post office and deal with them. That was a lie. To top it off, then she sent me an email saying it was on back order. When I told them I want a refund immediately because they didn’t notify me it was on back order and lied about it being shipped. Their response “good news it came in and we’re shipping it out.” I still haven’t received it. Got an email today asking to do a survey. Conveniently you can only post pics and they put in your comments for you so you can’t give them a bad review. I won’t use them ever again

I placed an order on May 1, 2026.

I only received half my order.

I called two weeks later, was told the product was delivered/ returned to Kemimoto because it was damaged in transit and asked if I still wanted the product, of course, I said yes. And to ship TWO day UPS. Thank God I called.

Another two weeks go by, May 29, 2026, I receive an email saying they dont overnight orders. I did not adk firbovernight, I asked fir TWO day UPS. The email then asks if I want a refund so I can order on Amazon! This is now one month after placing the order! They then ask how I liked my other order. Customer service is absolutely crazy, beyond deplorable.

I now said, again, ship it second day mail. If I wanted to order from Amazon, I would have.

You would think they would apologize and even compensate me for their poor customer service. This company is clearly driven by greed, not customer service.

My guess, it will be two months, eight weeks to receive my order and they will care less.

Great selection of after market parts at very reasonable pricing. Everything I have purchased from Kemimoto has been been great and the pricing is very reasonable. Their website is very easy to navigate. I can not say enough about this company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for after market UTV parts.

I would like to write a little feedback on my experience with Kemimoto. I had and issue with hardware and it lead to me losing my roof of my side by side. This was less than ideal! Instead of calling or sending a nasty email, I simply explained my situation! They sent a replacement part extremely fast AND checked up with me once I received it. I can only say nice things about the company and products. I have added a lot of things to my SxS and am enjoying all of it! I find it to be very important to say good with the bad. I truly hope this helps anyone debating who to order from! I believe, it is good products for a fair price!

Good quality great looking bright whips all around tough

My mirrors was lost in the mail and they replaced my order no problem the mirrors look great.I purchase a radio for my Polaris Ranger great sound. Satisfied with KEMIMOTO products.

Product came exactly as described. Thought it had an issue but I reached out to support and realized it did not. They were quick to get back and assist with their product. Highly recommend them!

I had a problem with the fans I bought for my RZR, called there customer service and they took care of the problem right away no questions asked, it was a pleasure to deal with a company that takes of there customers

I though that there was an issue with one of the turn signals not working. I called them up and costumer service was very good. they offered to make it right for me. I found the problem, connector was 180 degrees off. All is working good. One downfall, the toggle switches a little to small. Hot glue did the trick to make it stay in hole.

Bought mirrors for my UTV the site specifically stated they fit the machine. They didn't come close to fitting. Trying to return and this company wants me to settle for 8 dollars and for me to keep the mirrors. What am I going to do with mirrors that don't fit my machine and a 8 flipping dollar return. I want a full refund and them to take the product back. So frustrating for a company to even try this horrible technique.

I have ordered several different things from this company. I have no complaints. Will be doing business with them in the future A+ rating.

I will never order from this company again ordered a windshield they sent me the wrong one then proceed to tell me by email cause they won't talk to you on the phone that they was only gonna give me 89 dollars back form a 469 dollar purchase. Very poor business people i wouldn't give them a one star and i wouldn't recommend odering from them .

Windshield came broke. Need replacement.

Great company and even better customer service. Item has scratch on it likely do to the carrier mishandling and not the packaging. KM service was very prompt and went above and beyond. Product was of excellent quality. Will definitely be buying more from them.
