Bought mirrors for my UTV the site…
Bought mirrors for my UTV the site specifically stated they fit the machine. They didn't come close to fitting. Trying to return and this company wants me to settle for 8 dollars and for me to keep the mirrors. What am I going to do with mirrors that don't fit my machine and a 8 flipping dollar return. I want a full refund and them to take the product back. So frustrating for a company to even try this horrible technique.

I will never order from this company…
I will never order from this company again ordered a windshield they sent me the wrong one then proceed to tell me by email cause they won't talk to you on the phone that they was only gonna give me 89 dollars back form a 469 dollar purchase. Very poor business people i wouldn't give them a one star and i wouldn't recommend odering from them .

Great company and even better customer service. Item has scratch on it likely do to the carrier mishandling and not the packaging. KM service was very prompt and went above and beyond. Product was of excellent quality. Will definitely be buying more from them.

I experienced an issue with the speaker I ordered for my SXS shortly after purchasing it. I contacted customer service, and they were extremely helpful and responsive. They immediately stood behind their product and sent out a replacement right away. The customer service and support were excellent throughout the process. They made things right
They made things right. We had a bumpy start fulfilling my order. I was told that the item I had ordered was out of stock. I asked if they could offer a substitution and they offered a model that suited my requirements perfectly. There was a mix up in in shipping my order, but the issue was solved, the proper item was delivered, and all is good. They went out of their way to make sure I satisfied. So kudos to their customer service staff and many thanks!!

One of the whip lights was not working correctly, I sent an email, with a video of the lights and got a very quick response. After sending the video, I was offered another set of lights. Outstanding customer service!

Great price, fast shipping. Came with more than we realized. These were a gift for my husband, and they suited him and his bike so perfectly. Easy to attach and fits way more than you'd think. Just a genuinely great find.
