There was an issue with the remote control. I contacted customer service and received an immediate response. Customer service agreed and is sending a replacement. This is exactly how "customer service" is suppose to function. Highly recommended.

It took 9 months to get my order. Sent an email and never got a reply so I chalked it up and started shopping elsewhere

Nice case
Nice case, my rifles and shotguns fit in nicely. I think thereâs enough padding as to not damage firearms while riding. I have mine on the headache rack. Iâll probably and a piece of foam to the headache rack just to be sure on rough terrain.
