Iâve waited an extended period of time for no one to be able to tell me where my item was or where it was going when I finally showed up all that I got was an empty box with no signals inside now Iâm waiting again to see if they will rush me a new signal switch set for my side-by-side, but I am still waiting. This has been the worst shopping experience I have had two date. No one really wants to expedite a replacement and no one seems to really care.

I order a portable propane hot water heater and when I went to use it did not heat up. I contacted customer service at Kemimoto, they rectified the situation and sent a new machine.

From start to finish great experience and products! I first ordered a pair of Motorcycle shoes. Received them quickly and were packaged very nicely. Wore them the next day and they were super comfortable and built well, so much so that I ordered another pair(different color) that night. Received those quickly too! Then I ordered a Lithium battery for my motorcycle which got to me quickly. Installed it in my motorcycle and it's amazing. Fast starts and more power! I've had the motorcycle shoes for month now and I ride everyday and everywhere and they still look new and are definitely built to last! I'd definitely recommend their products and I will be buying more from them in the future!
