I've been really impressed as a new customer. I was experiencing intermittent TV signal issues, so I ordered some RG6 aerial cables from Kenable as a final attempt before calling a professional. The new cables were not only cheaper but also of much better quality compared to the ones I had previously bought from 'that' e-commerce site. They solved my TV signal problems for the price of a pint.

This is a veritable jewel in the crown of St Helens! Super-wide selection of computer nicknacks/ leads etc etc. Clearly laid-out website, good quality products at sensible prices and no rip-off delivery charges. Also fast delivery. I bought a USB hub (a "splitter") from Kenable for £3 plus, which was mailed the same day and arrived immediately. None of the "allow 10 days for delivery" rubbish. Great service! In addition, why such a simple small device with a few centimetres of wiring should cost twenty times more from some outlets is beyond me, but maybe I am missing something.

Disaster struck yesterday. Battery in the laser level died and some idiot (me) had mislaid the USB to 9V lead.

Lucky for me I've used Kenable before so knew they would stock the cable. Not only do they stock them, it was easy to find and order; at prices you'd be hard pressed to better.

Delivered today, that's 5 star service in my book.

I'd purchased a few cables in the past with no problems. This time they either didn't actually know what they were selling, or had a batch fault of cables, because having replaced the first cable that didnt support data, l ended up with two cables that were charge only. Having wasted around a week of my time, I just had to give up with them, and buy a cable elsewhere that actually worked! Consequently, I shall never purchase anything else from Kenable!

Company reacted quickly to the delayed receipt of goods, paid for next day delivery but Fedex managed to deliver a day late.
Contacted company and a refund for the postage was back in my account within two days, Good to know if problems arise they react positively even for things beyond their control, thanks.

Ordered cables that were never delivered - reported this to customer service - sent me a fake delivery receipt - how do I know it was fake? The FedEx tracking website has no delivery signature plus - I would know if I signed for a delivery!!! Wasn't a huger order but nobody likes to be ripped off. May not be a regular occurence for Kenable but i won't be using them again.

High quality cables and a great price, the shipping is so reasonable so it doesnt make it too expensive to buy a single cable, will be my go to for cables now.
