Amazing customer service! Purchased a cable which did not work as advertised. After I called Kenable and spoke to Slavo he sent me a more expensive one free of charge and asked me to try that. The new (free and more expensive) cable arrived in 2 days and worked to my expectations. Very happy with this customer experience and would not hesitate to purchase again in the future. Thanks!!!!

Fast delivery. Issue with spiral cable tidy not matching. Ordered identical product at 2 & 10 metres long. Sent email with photos showing difference. Reply from Rik, Apologies, the 2m appears to have gaps in-between, both should be suitable for 4 to 50mm cables just the 2m is already expanded? Ridiculous excuse. After checking again, could see difference. Had no alternative and was offered a refund to ammend review. Satisfied with the result, Thank you.

Genuinely excellent customer service. Ordered direct burial Ethernet cable, RJ45s, face plates and back boxes. I’m not in the trade, so needed some advice before I purchased. I phoned up and my call was picked up promptly. The guy I spoke to on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful. Once I’d confirmed what I needed, the process of ordering online was really straightforward and the delivery arrived when expected. Can’t recommend them highly enough. If only all companies made it this easy for their customers!
