If I could give zero I would!!

They were instructed my solicitors after an accident which I believed wasn't my fault (thankfully has now been ruled not my fault). Had to send my evidence several times & explained I couldn't attend a court hearing at short notice due to working for NHS and staffing levels etc.
Very quick to respond when they need something of you, but when you have a question or anything, you get no response. I have been dealing with Emily Roberts who seems to have just disappeared off the radar now, very frustrating!! Hoping to get some response in terms of my refund soon as getting highly frustrated!

Large companies use this company. 2 months ago our van was hit when parked up, we had video evidence so the company passed onto Keoghs to deal with.

They have told us 3 times payment has been made. Still no payment, endless chasing. Staff do not talk to each other

Today 25/07/2022 finally got through to someone responsible and helped us get this resolved. The rest of staff and the "file handler" were trying to avoid this hoping we would forget.

This company does not listen. They are trying to claim from me, and threatening me with court even though their client was paid by my insurance company over 3 years ago and their client has tried this on 4 times previously. I have sent them proof and spoken to them many times since this started in December.
They just won't stop

This company is an absolute joke. I done an insurance job through Sainsbury’s and provided my invoice to my customer, who then passed it on to keoghs.
I then received payment but withou the VAT element paid.
I was dealing with someone called Rachel little who tried to tell me that Keoghs had not paid the VAT element of my invoice because I could claim the VAT back on my own invoice.
This company is a joke.

Thieves. Holding my refund 6 months already. Be aware. Worst company ever. Rude, unprofessional.

The most atrocious service!
We dealt with Natasha and Jack Marshal who did absolutely nothing they were supposed to.
The most unprofessional company.
Never returned calls, and kept us hanging for a response for 5 months.

After a iceland van crashed into my car with my 10 year old daughter in, keoghs were representing the other driver.6 months of hell even tho i had two wittness statments and cctv proving iceland at fault they stood firm saying i was to blame with no evidence against me, my 10 year old had wiplash and refuses to get in any cars because of crash, how can a company stand by and protect a dangerous driver knowing a little girl got hurt, now they accept full liability and say funds for my car will go in bank but still no payment, even told me i have to submit evidence again on some portal for out of court settilment as they wont deal with me, well i want you to all know that this firm is just as bad as the guy who crashed into my car, please stay away from this firm and i home none of you go what we have been through

Well...what a shocking company. Email after email...no response. They are dealing with a no fault claim (instructed by hastings)

Nearly 12 months on even after sending them evidence from the 3rd party accepting responsibility, I still don't have my money and they can't even be bothered to reply to any correspondence....RIDICULOUS!

I have had the misfortune in dealing with Heather Ford. Avoid this company if you can. The stress is not worth it. All she cared about was her own interests.

Bullying by management
Rubbish pay for the amount of work they make you do
Treat you like a robot

Appalling communication skills…how on earth they can claim to be in top 50 firms is beyond me. Supposed to be representing my daughter re a non fault RTC from last year but all emails go unanswered…and the “legal representative” who answered the 1 telephone call we managed to get through on sounded like she really couldnt be bothered. Certainly wouldn't recommend them or Hastings Car Insurance for customer service!

The most 'money first' companies i have ever dealt with. Only bothered about making sure that their clients don't have to pay out on insurance claims even though they are in the wrong. A inhuman company that deserves everything thats coming.
