The web-based booking didn't work for me. But, asking directly the assistance of the staff to help me find the most suitable itinerary is the best way to find what you are looking for.

This review is in no way a response to the very helpful staff who assisted with my recent travel and went above and beyond to ensure the "Academic Rate" flight price was honored, but points to significant defects in Key Travel's website that make it difficult for travel arrangers to book trips through the portal and to trust the pricing available through the site. I spent about 2 days working with a traveler to find a budget-conscious flight. When I went to book the flight, I simply received an "Cannot complete this booking" error. Reattempted multiple times before contacting Key Travel by phone - was informed that there is only one staff member associated with my institution so I would get a call back or follow-up by email. When I was called back I learned that the "Academic Rate" of $805 would not be available and the only ticket I could purchase would be over $1,700. I was informed it was an issue with dynamic pricing on Delta's end. During the 1-2 hour period while Key Travel worked on the booking, the Academic Rate did change on Key's website, but from $805 to around $855 - not removed entirely. I would've easily accepted a 5-10% increase from dynamic pricing, but a 110% increase was something I have not experienced in ten years of travel arranging at my current institution. I was very thankful that Key Travel honored the original academic rate, I suspect by absorbing the difference against their bottom line. Considering the cost to Key, I was surprised their IT team did not take immediate action to adjust the prices available through the website, but the $855 price remained several hours later.
Ultimately it just makes it very difficult to trust Key Travel's services, while working with time constrained clients and trying to honor my university's budget restrictions. I can deal with a clunky website (no ability to add DHS / TSA numbers at time of booking, etc), but not being able to trust the web portal is very challenging moving forward.

This was one of the most stressful and disappointing booking experiences I’ve had. Key Travel sent me a confirmation email/letter, but the ticket was never issued. I only discovered this after contacting the airline directly — meaning Key Travel’s “confirmation” was effectively meaningless.
I then spent hours cleaning up their mess under time pressure while flight prices moved and my travel plans were put at risk. The worst part? After sending me confirmation, they tried to charge me more for the same flight — as if I should pay extra to fix their mistake. Unprofessional, unreliable, and completely unacceptable.
