The web-based booking didn't work for me. But, asking directly the assistance of the staff to help me find the most suitable itinerary is the best way to find what you are looking for.

C'est facile de réserver et de payer avec vous.
Nous avons un garant en cas d'annulation, de problème avec la compagnie aérienne ou l'aéroport.
Des interlocuteurs trouvables facilement et avec qui on peut prendre langue.
Un bémol, lors de la dernière réservation, je suis tombé sur un agent KeyTravel qui a oublié de confirmer mon vol. Ce n'est que le lendemain, suite à un appel téléphonique de ma part, et avec un autre agent, que j'ai eu confirmation du vol réservé et que j'ai reçu les documents de voyages... Sans conséquences mais...

Swift, responsive and flexible
The company got back to me in very short time immediately after my travel request was approved which to me demonstrated commitment to support.
Upon sharing my travel details, the team was able to share with me the different available flight schedules, allowing me to make informed decisions on the best options. This is commendable.

postponement of flight itinerary
The postponement of my travel arrangments with all Key travel flights needed new bookings.
The confirmation and new eTicket were only possible with the emergency number. It worked out timely but cancellation of the previous non refundable flights had to be arranged with the Key Travel team in Geneva on 3rd of November 2025.

Grateful for swift responses from Key staff
I have had a highly satisfactory experience with booking flight tickets with Key. Donna, the Key staff whom I communicated with, responded to my inquiries and requests and helped me resolve my issues very swiftly. This timely response was particularly important because I needed to book the flights as soon as possible to secure the tickets for the dates I wanted to make my business trips.

Terrible customer support
I have had a myriad of problems trying to get my flights booked through their online platform, mostly around prices changing instantly when I try to share my quote with my booker.
Every time I've tried to get help, the responses have been unhelpful and extremely delayed (email responses almost a day later, despite me responding instantly to them).
I have also been shunted from person to person, with no one taking responsibility or actually helping me out.
