Shoes looked good but poor customer service
Shoes looked good quality on arrival but unfortunately they were too narrow for my son. I tried to return them the day after delivery. I used the chat function on two occasions and once again via email to organise a return. On all three occasions I was advised that this had to be escalated to a different team and they’d be in touch. I had bought them on 3 August. On 19 August I was advised my order had shipped - despite already having the shoes for over two weeks. I was then only able to return the shoes and I await a refund.
Decent quality of footwear but customer service left a lot to be desired.

Beautiful design

never shopping in kickers again
the address had been typed in wrong by my daughter and then when i asked to change it because the shoes where extremely far away they said they can’t do any thing, and when i asked for a refund they said its not in their policy. since then i have contacted the bank and got my money back however i will NEVER be purchasing shoes from kickers again for the coldness i recived and the extreme lazy workers they have
