Sent items back within 30 minutes of them being delivered due to being unsuitable on the 18th August. Still waiting for a refund. First email states they'll be processed within 14 days, you then get another email saying they'll refund payment but it will take another 10 days. Meanwhile my money is sat in their account and kickers aren't cheap. Will not be buying from kickers online again.

Recommended, really fast delivery

As we were very unsuccessful school shopping on the high street we had to turn to online. Thankfully they fit, as we were unsure. Daughter has worn at home a few times. Says very comfortable

This purchase was a scam. I have emailed Kickers about the fact that someone used my credit card to purchase trainers in my name but delivered to another address. I have logged this with Report Fraud but I am unclear how they circumvented the usual controls you see regarding online purchases. I even have the delivery address but the individual appears so confident in what they have done that they do not seem bothered that the order details went to my email address.

Nice looking shoes! The first day I wore them, I got multiple compliments.

What I disliked is the fact that I chose the size of the shoes, what I ordered and when I went to the checkout in my basket there was two of the same shoes ordered. I had to delete one but I believe the one I deleted was probably the one I needed the right size.
When I woke up the next morning checked my email. I realised it was a size 3 but I needed a size 8 for my daughter and it should have been easy to make a phone call and get that change before they send it out for delivery because it was early in the morning.

They offered a discount code but did not say it didn't apply to sale items. I was very disappointed I believe they should have stated that the discount code did not apply to sale items before my order I found out at checkout I had to phone them and was then told.

My child loves these shoes for school.
We measured feet as per instructions on website and ordered the size recommended.
They were easy to order and we received the shoes quicker than expected.
The size was just right.

Well i have been buying shoes for my kid for the past 8years now firstly its shapes and comfort ,Sole because of weather but now she has for shape and beauitful/filling the order was very fast that comes out will the delivery the quality is okay
