Great service very profesional babysiters would highly recomend 👍

The easiest way to find a babysitter. I used it once with success: babysitter was on time, polite, personable and kids had fun. The site may not be able to find a babysitter for all your required times/dates.

Very quick reply and easy contact with customer service. Babysitters we got were great.

Babysitter contacted us before coming to say hi and then arrived on time. Managed to put my daughter back to sleep in waking upset. Very pleased

I have been working for Kidsitters for 4 years now and apart from the pandemic, I have been in regular work. I have met some awesome families along the way. I have recommended several of my friends to join Kidsitters. They were very thorough with checks and references as protection has to work both ways.

Excellent service, they provide hotel sitters for my autistic son in a relatively short time. All 4 child sitters are good enough. Recommend

I use KidSitter when I am in London with my family. It is an amazing concept and I've been very happy with the sitters we get each time.

KidSitter really came through for me when I needed urgent childcare a few weeks back. I've already recommended it to a couple of my friends and will be using them again for sure.

I've used KidSitter now for a while, and I can honestly say that every one of the sitters I've had from them was professional, warm and caring. Such a great service! Absolutely recommend!

Great service! Didn't have problems with any one of nannies that's been with us.
Pricing is appealing as well no subscriptions or booking fees, just a flat per hour rate plain and simple.

It is easy to schedule and is very reliable. Everytime we've booked through Kidsitter has been a wonderful experience! Our little one would agree in a heartbeat :)

The service is inconsistent. They often cancel last minute and leave you in the lurch. No phone call, no apologies, just a text and confusion as to whether anyone else will turn up at all. Everything can be ok and some of the sitters are lovely. But there is a huge variety in terms of abilities and reliability (often turning up late) and there are many other more reliable options for babysitting.

We have used Kidsitter for three years now and can only say great things about them. An example, is Lola Butterfield who has been really great this week looking after our baby son who just turned one. We are having our kitchen redone and she has been a champ in taking him out for walks and taking care of him! Could not recommend the company enough.

They confirmed and after a few hours cancelled by text only (no email, no phone call). Although I was charged the full amount ahead of time no replacement was offered and the booking was not cancelled or refunded until I logged in to do it.

I have attempted to use Kidsitter's. However on each occasion; after the Sitter is confirmed, they have sent a cancellation leaving little time to make alternative arrangements.

Today the Sitter cancelled an hour before she was due to arrive. Evening plans completely ruined. Kidsitter's is both unreliable and unprofessional!

Best to avoid if you don't want your plans ruined at the last minute!
