Kinetics Brace レビュー

This was ordered while i was just searching did not want it. Then to my surprise they enrolled me in a monthly subscription for 39 a month. Will not answer my emsils and what legit company is unreachable. Big scam here

I purchased a shoulder brace, completely unaware I was signing up to a £30pm membership. Have informed my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, COMPLETE SCAM!

Don't not buy from this company.
Ordered a shoulder brace, took ages to arrive also basically a drop ship company sending subpar products from china.
Also they enrolled me in a monthly "rehabilitation" course which I did not sign up for. Have requested a refund and to cancel any ongoing subscriptions but yet to receive an email. Will be requesting a refund and blocking the company via my bank.

I would strongly recommend being very careful before ordering from Kinetics Brace.

I ordered a shoulder brace, but I cancelled my order on the same day. Despite this, the company still shipped the product and charged my payment method.

Even more concerning, I was apparently enrolled in a monthly subscription, without this being made sufficiently clear to me during the purchase process. I had no intention of signing up for a subscription.

I find this sales practice very misleading. A customer should not have to discover afterwards that they have been enrolled in a recurring $39/month membership.

I have contacted the company to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.

My advice: Read the checkout details very carefully before purchasing from this website and check your bank statement afterwards for recurring charges.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Kinetics Brace and will be very reluctant to shop with this website again.
