I recently purchased my Audi A1 from Kingsbridge Automotive and had a great experience from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

Elliot, who sold me the car, was excellent throughout. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. He made everything straightforward and easy, which gave me confidence in buying the car.

The Audi A1 was presented in great condition and exactly as described. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their cars and customer service.

Overall, I’m very happy with both the car and the service I received. I’d definitely recommend Kingsbridge Automotive, and a special thanks to Elliot for making the experience such a positive one.

My next car will definitely be from there as well — 100%.

The buying process was made very easy after finding my dream car. Elliott was helpful and friendly and answered my questions. I didn’t p/x so the transaction was straight forward. Kingsbridge have some stunning cars and I did take the full warranty too.

I purchased an Audi A4 avant on April 2nd which I am very pleased with, especially the high spec. The service that Elliott offered was second to none, his professional and open approach was much appreciated and the transaction process was smooth before, during and after completion. I would also like to highlight the other staff who were friendly and warm in their welcome including Oliver who detailed the car and Mick who responded very quickly to repair a minor dent.

Sara was amazing during my car handover. She answered all my questions quickly and even responded outside of working hours, which I really appreciated. Everything was smooth and stress-free — 10/10 service!

We bought a car here via our car finance company, the experience has been disappointing, we had a problem with our tyres from day one, lost pressure & a horrendous wheel wobble, when checked the tyres were mismatched and of poor condition, company agreed to pay for the replacement tyres, agreement was made that we would pay and for us to be reimbursed, invoice was submitted to dealership and the owner refused to reimburse us saying the employee who agreed the transaction did not have authority to do so! So we have ended up our of pocket because the agreement made has not been honoured by Kingsbridge

Having worked in the prestige car market for over 10 years, I have dealt with the main dealer network and many “Independent Specialists”.
When on the look out for a new RS3 Carbon Vorsprung, I came across these guys as the car they had ticked all the boxes. From my initial contact (out of hours) I received a prompt response from Elliot and phone call the following morning. All my questions were answered honestly and he sent over a personalised video, with complete transparency. All the car required was a minor wheel refurb which was carried out, but it was reassuring for him to point it out.
The negotiation part was very easy and a breath of fresh air, and after a couple of calls I paid the deposit.
Turn around time was very impressive and the car was exactly as expected on handover.
Communication was great throughout and Elliot was happy to respond to me out of hours.
Overall a fantastic buying experience and I will certainly be returning for my next car. Thank you Elliott and the team !

Excellent service from Kimmo from start to finish during the purchase of my Aventador SV. The entire process was handled efficiently, with quick responses and regular updates throughout, making everything seamless and stress-free.

We purchased an absolutely stunning BMW Z4 M40i this weekend from Kingsbridge and have to say, without a showdown of doubt, Kimmo and the team provided excellent advise, a decent and fair price for our existing BMW.
Travelling 350plus miles from Cornwall, the support and communication together with prompt responses to any of our questions were fabulous, no pressure, no indecisions, simply honest straight forward and relaxed.
The condition, history and presentation being exemplary, including the whole company, everything was spotless well presented and equally important, Kimmo’s request for us to let him know we travelled back safe and arrived home without issue…. a first I’ve ever known and clearly demonstrated a caring company beyond the point of sale.

We bought a BMW330d from Kingsbridge. Superb customer service. Kimmo takes great pride in his job & was really knowledgeable and informative - great sales experience without pressure. Very reasonable part-exchange arranged. We also had a front and rear camera fitted - really professional job. Swift service - car was MOT'd and given thorough valet ready for collection. Would definitely recommend.

From the initial phone call about purchasing my Octavia to collection, Elliott was a pleasure deal with. He explained optional extras without pushing anything I didn't want. The car was in an immaculate condition and everything went smoothly. Great experience all round.
