Lovely quiet location , very pretty building and well converted in a rustic manner, very clean ,tidy and comfortable with the log burner keeping the building warm over night . Although you had to go next door to use the bathroom this was not a major inconvenience and the bath and very hot water were excellent .
Would recomment this place

I stayed at Beekeeper's Hut in Hawarden and I had the time of my life.

I booked a solo getaway to celebrate my 29th birthday and I couldn't have picked a better staycation.

Hawarden Estate is so peaceful and I had everything I needed - warm, comfy bed, tons of outdoor space, modern showers/loos, alfresco kitchen (which made my morning coffee awesome), beautiful cafe, pub serving delicious food and drinks (I highly reccomend the vegetable tempura and butternut squash and mushroom lasagne 😍).

I can't wait to come back with my wife and use the sauna, outdoor BBQ, and fire pit (she's a camping guru).

We were lucky enough to find The Gatehouse in the Yorkshire Dales through Kip Hideaways and what a stay it was! Waking up to the sights and sounds of the Dales, toasting by the fires and soaking up all the beautiful cottage had to offer gave us a truly special stay. Booking was seamless.

The Potting Shed is a remarkable restored building, with lush underfloor heated concrete floors, and a super stylish interior. Everything is easy on the eye, and the setting is peaceful, yet close to the coast, with interesting places to explore.

We were celebrating my partner’s birthday, and loved hanging out, reading the stacks of books and magazines, admiring the host’s curated collections of objets, as well as venturing to the local antiques shops.

The Potting Shed was super easy to find, and access, and the hosts are wonderful, very welcoming, and provided thoughtful extras. We will definitely be back!

We had a brilliant weekend break at Wilder Retreats. The A Frame cabin was excellent and so cosy with the log fire burning. We were anticipating a really relaxing time and that is exactly what we got. 👌

Mary and Jonny provided great information prior to our stay which was really useful in helping us plan our stay.
Ridge House was welcoming and cosy. We literally relaxed as we walked in. Will definitely return.

A truly unique location, house, and attention to detail. The scenery is breathtaking and the house is conceived as to magnify it. The house appliances and materials are first class. A very impressive realization.

The Potting Shed was an ideal getaway for my family of four to savour the spoils of the South Coast. Kerry is a dream host with an incredible eye for decorative touches and treasures.
The location is brilliant too...with the sand dunes in Camber and the independent boutiques of Rye just a short drive away.
We highly recommend!

The host was so thorough and detailed with everything from arrival to departure! We had plenty of wood to keep us warm, there was more available to buy if needed. They also left our cabin and hot tub warm for us and even gave us some cookies :)

My partner and I stayed at the Duck house for a quiet way to bring in the New Year and it was just the right place for us.
We really enjoyed the canal walk into the bath. We visited the near by villages of Frome and Bradford on Avon which were stunning but I think it was only possible to take all that in knowing we were going back to a cosy beautiful cottage with a wood burner an all the essentials to make our trip magical. The cottage is located on a spread of green with a pond nearby to have gentle walks and Lauren was an amazing host, always on hand next door if we needed her. I would definitely recommend the Duck house to anyone who wants a tranquil and rejuvenating stay.

This spot was fantastic, with meticulous attention to detail, making my stay truly delightful. I happened to meet the owner, who was equally delightful. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I booked Wilder Retreats in Pembrokeshire, Wales via the Kip Hideaways site. The site is easy to navigate, they have a wide selection of properties/locations and take all the hard work out of the process by providing all the necessary details required to make and informed choice for your break destination. The booking process itself was super easy and Wilder Retreats was a really beautiful stay. Definitely looking forward to my next trip with Kip Hideaways.

Kip feels like home - a small company, with a very personal service and the best selection of places to stay. Far better than the generic cottage booking sites out there. Our visit to The Dell was wonderful and we can’t thank you all enough!

I actually don’t even know where to begin - this place is just magic. The cosiest cottage you ever did see (and stay in!) We were so sad to leave but feel equally as lucky to have found such a gem. We hope to visit again! The most wonderful hosts.

Perfect location, perfect recommendations and the perfect place for a wholesome, cosy retreat with family
or friends.

Foxearth is the most beautiful cottage—warm, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The attention to detail is exceptional, with décor and styling that feel both stylish and genuinely welcoming. It is the quietest place we have ever stayed: by day, nothing but birdsong; by night, the calls of owls. And a private starshow to take your breath away! Fantastic care and attention from the owners - nothing was too much trouble. We loved it and will return!

The most magical cabin in a beautiful part of Wales. We had such a special time. The cabin is well stocked and has everything you could want. The bed is so comfy, we never put the blinds down so that we could wake up with that phenomenal view. Really need to use the what 3 words app to find the cabin, and be prepared to walk an incline. But you know you are happily nestled away from the world inside.

We had a wonderful stay in the Peak District taking advantage of a 3 nights for 2 offer something which made it excellent value for money. Smooth booking process and stay although we didn't need to contact Kip so cannot comment on their communication had there been any issues (luckily there wasn't any!). Wouldn't hesitate to book through Kip again.
