Fabulous location and the outside bath tub was an added bonus .carefully thought out interior
We did feel that some shelves or storage space in bathroom would be useful and a second inside comfier chair !
The log box was tricky to use and despite the wood being dry it issued smoke and ash the whole time a little on pricey side of £15 for actual contents

Clear and effective communication. Accomodation was exactly as advertised. Will absolutely use Kip Hideaways again!

Had a great stay at Tyddyn Melyn,immaculately presented with great views and so peaceful and relaxing. Communication was great with very detailed instructions to ensure a perfect stay.Owners were friendly and gave us great information on where to eat locally.Will definitely return if we can.

The host was communicative and instructions for arrival were clear. The apartment was clean, tidy and furnished with consideration for the style conscious traveller - beautiful mid century furniture, everything chosen to make a stylish home, and as a welcome gift - a jar of home grown English flowers, home made jam, clotted cream and scones. Views of the harbour and in the distance St Michael's Mount. The car parking space for the flat was very handy. A lovely retreat.

Amazing time staying at Shuttaford Barn in Devon courtesy of Kiphideaways. Photos alone don't do the place justice. It's a tranquil place of peacefulness. Children loved the play room with Table Tennis, Table Football and Darts. This together with the fire pit in the secret higher garden was magical for zero light pollution star gazing whilst enjoying marshmallows. Big recommendation !

Really beautiful farm stay that we loved as a family - stopped over for a couple of nights on our way home from Cornwall and was really special.

This is a beautiful barn in a rural location and within easy walkable distance from the town. Stylish and spotlessly clean, with everything to make you feel at home. The owners are lovely, friendly and helpful; the town has everything you need with a gorgeous beach and boutique shops. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend without hesitation. Booking through Kip Hideaways was smooth and easy too.

Tyddyn Melyn was the restorative escape I’d been hoping for - completely secluded in a peaceful meadow with breathtaking views across the peninsula.

The cabin was beautifully designed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor bath and fire pit added a touch of magic. I felt warmly welcomed, yet left to enjoy the tranquillity in peace.

Highly recommend for anyone seeking solitude, nature, and calm. Thanks to Gabriella, Tom, and their gorgeous dog.

What an absolutely wonderful holiday in this idyllic place. The whole family joined together to celebrate an 80th birthday, so ages ranged from 8 to 80, including two 12 year olds and a fifteen year old with related parents, grandparents and great aunt and uncle! So, a big ask to find somewhere everyone could enjoy - and here it was.
The setting is perfect, lending itself to games of rounders, cricket and boules, lots of swimming and beachcombing for interesting stones, as well as admiring beautiful sunsets.
Barbecues and campfires and a Canadian outside bath all added to the excitement.
The accommodation is excellent with each group able to enjoy their own space whilst having a huge inside dining area where we could get together on the rare occasion when we weren’t outside. The level of equipment is second to none, with beautiful David Mellor cutlery, crockery, and fantastic kitchen knives.
I could go on, but I won’t. We loved Ty Coch, the welcome we were given, the relaxing atmosphere - in fact everything about it! We’ll definitely be back.

Amazing location, beautifully stylish well appointed cottage. Everything was spotless! It literally had everything we needed. Really comfy bed and good blackout curtains gave us both a great night’s sleep.
The list of recommendations for restaurants was thoughtful and we thoroughly enjoyed working our way through the suggestions! We felt thoroughly rested and reinvigorated after our stay and will definitely rebook!

We had the best few days away at Hannah and Jayce’s shepherds hut just outside of st ives - the hut was so cosy and beautifully decorated, the facilities were great, and our hosts were so welcoming and friendly. The location was also excellent for getting into St Ives (without the crowds and chaos of being in central st ives). Would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a cosy, peaceful escape in Cornwall!

We had a wonderful stay at The Barley Store. Tucked away in the swathes of gorgeous countryside behind Bridport, it gave us the peace and quiet we had been searching for. The Barley Store is an off grid (solar lights, no electric or power sources), dog friendly pod set in its own pretty orchard. It's an enclosed space which our dog loved (although small dogs would be able to get under the gate at the end). It has an outdoor kitchen and, just down a path and around a corner, there is a solar shower (we always had hot water) and composting loo (if you're not familiar with this, it's a much better experience than you might think!). If you do need to get up in the night, there are solar lights along the path to the loo. Maybe less appealing if its raining but we were lucky with the weather! Our hosts were lovely. They were available to help but not intrusive at all. They have a small 'five mile' shop with local produce so we treated ourselves to a bottle of sparkling wine and charcuterie. The walks and views are amazing, there's plenty to do locally and you're really close to Bridport and Lyme Regis. It might seem a given but worth saying that you are living close to nature so there are insects! In case you're taking your dog, you might have sheep and horses as neighbours so its worth checking with Kip beforehand. We loved it and we think you will too!

We had a magical three night stay in Bullghy Hut in Cumbria, an utter delight and the weather was magical as well. We soaked up the stunning views from the windows of the hut and we loved being able to walk from the hut and hike up Wild Boar fell, as well as a great hike the following day to Nine Standards Rig. We could not have asked for a better stay. The shower was a brilliant and the hut's bathroom was the best we have encountered in our hut experience and we loved the fresh bread and marmalade on arrival. We were sad to leave this little corner of eden.

Absolutely stunning
The incredible views and rolling countryside on the journey to Hop Pickers House were just the beginning of a perfect stay in this charming 16th Century house. The house was immaculate. Everything you could possibly need was provided. And the bed…. Straight out of a fairytale book, the huge four poster bed made me feel like a princess. Not only beautiful to look at, it was so comfortable too. The bathroom, with its roll top bath complete with bath caddy which incorporates a rest for your book or tablet and drink holder is a touch of sheer luxury. Remember to pack your bubbles! If a shower is more your thing, the generous cubicle houses a powerful overhead shower (don’t forget your shower cap if you don’t want to get your hair wet.)
The kitchen is really well equipped. If, like me, you decide to stay in and make the most of the peace and quiet, cooking in the cottage is a joy. Everything has been thought of.
The peace and tranquility were just pure balm for mind, body and spirit. Walking the 9 acres of land, comprising orchards, woodlands and open spaces was a back to nature dream. Together with my six month old Old English Sheepdog, Digby, we explored the grounds taking us both on new adventures.
The only noise you’ll hear is birdsong, the bleating sheep and lowing cows. It truly is a patch of paradise in our green and pleasant land.
The hosts, Stephen & Steven are so friendly and polite. You really do feel like nothing is too much trouble. Like staying an extra night because you’re just not quite ready to leave!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at The Smithy very much. A lovely little getaway to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary.
This was made even more enjoyable by how helpful our hosts were and how easy the booking process is with Kip Hideaways!

I felt like I was in a mid summers dream. Molly’s Wagon was exactly what I needed and exceeded my expectations. The most beautiful location, I feel so rested and at peace. The hosts Sally and Hugh respected my solitude but equally ensured I had everything. I wish I could have stayed forever in my summer dream ❤️. Thank you for sharing this beautiful iddle with us 🙏. Amazingly situated cottage with some fabulous little luxuries and an incredible honesty bar.
Great added extras for our dog and a lovely bar area / garden.
Whitstable is a hidden gem and we will return..

What an incredible experience, the most peaceful, beautiful break. The hideaway was stocked with everything you could think of (all the things we usually forget!!) and I would recommend Kip, in particular “in the wild” to everyone.

An absolute delight. Would we return? Unreserved yes!
