I used kit keeper to transport my stuff from uni to my new home as I recently graduated and they were really useful! The team explained things so well even when I called them on the phone multiple times as I had questions and I had an overall positive experience! Would use it again but unfortunately I am no longer a student haha

The collection was done today. It went great, they sent me an email the day before telling me the time and it was only a one hour window. Then, the driver called me to let me know he was coming. I paid extra to get help getting the boxes down, since I live on the second floor and they helped me get all 5 boxes downstairs. It was extremely easy and would definitely recommend. I'll update when I schedule the delivery in a few months.

Amazing service! Always arrived on time for collection and delivery, and my boxes were in great condition when they were delivered. Would definitely use them again!

I have used Kitkeeper twice now and both times have been fabulous. The first time was within the same city and I’ve just used them to store and then move my boxes from Oxford to London and had a great experience again! Always helpful and accommodating and very communicative. Special shout out to David for going above and beyond! Can’t recommend enough

Thanks for the assistance of the most considering and efficient staffs. They almost solved all my personally requirements and problems. Everything went very fine, I am so glad I can enjoy such a wonderful experience in the end of my semester.

My experience with kit keepers has been nothing short than excellent.
I have stored my moving boxes with them during the summer and had them delivered from York to London.
They have been helpful and easy to reach at every stage of the process.
Their website is easy to read and well made. If you call them and they do not pick up they will call you back in under an hour. I also had some problem with the boxes and the delivery agency and they have been ready to support me and very effective in the help they offered.
I recommend this agency with all the heart.

Harry Rhodes dropped my boxes off and was incredibly helpful, brought them all to the front door for me and called 30 minutes prior so the whole experience was no stress at all :)

My experience with Kitkeeper was fantastic once again. I had previously used their shipping service and this was my first time using their storage service. Everything was excellent!
Elinor was extremely helpful and was quick to answer my questions and even gave me a follow up call to ensure that everything went smoothly.
The overall communication was great and everything was done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this service.

I found it really convenient that my boxes were taken by the delivery service and I didn’t have to bring them to the storage room myself. The boxes were securely stored.

This is the second time I use KitKeeper. The collection & delivery were smooth last time. The convenience is great for when leases are not overlapping / having to vacate uni halls over summer. I recommend!
Be prepared to be flexible on timing of collection / receipt days.

this is an absolutely amazing company, was ideal for me as there was a 2 week break between my two tenancies and with kit keeper, i didn’t need to worry about my stuff at all. had a few tech issues when booking but everything was dealt with swiftly by david. elinor even managed to change delivery address the night before they were due to be redelivered! my delivery driver danny was absolutely amazing and really topped off the easy experience.

So easy and everyone is very kind and helpful. Slightly late with collection but wasn’t an issue.

The movers were very friendly, and I was in contact with Elinor throughout the process who answered all my questions and was polite and understanding. I will happily reuse Kit Keeper next year and recommend it to any student needing to move.

The only issue I had was regarding delivery, as I paid extra to have it delivered in the afternoon which wasn't made clear at first. I needed an afternoon delivery, and paid £25 for it. But if that's when it was originally booked by Kitkeeper I basically paid for a timeslot which was already given to me and have no idea if I paid to have it changed from morning to afternoon or if it was already planned for the afternoon and paid extra for nothing. In the future, Kit Keeper should inform me of when my delivery is planned (for the afternoon or morning) after booking it to know if I need to pay extra for my desired slot or if the provided slot already suits me.

Overall, polite and friendly staff, affordable prices, but a lack of transparency and information regarding delivery slots.

The whole process was really easy and stress-free. I received quick replies from Oksana and David who were both so kind, answering any questions and helping me with the pickup and delivery of my boxes. I would definitely recommend :)
