I live in halls of residence at uni. Reception had all sorts of issues with collection (lots of people moving out and such) and I felt super anxious moving out my stuff. I'm an international student and I packed a lot of things. The FAQs on their website is really good, it answered most of my questions.

I kept in touch with David from Kit Keeper through email. After I placed an order they helped me with the process and answered all my questions. I was quite surprised at how quickly they replied to my emails. When the driver got to reception, it only took a few minutes and all the boxes were collected.

Overall, very friendly and helpful and I would pick them again for student storage.

Edit (26/07/23): I just received my boxes back. It was really easy and straightforward. Elinor called to make sure everything was okay with delivery. I'm really glad I picked Kit Keeper and highly recommend them.

I found Kit Keeper on a Google search as I was desperate to store some stuff before heading for fieldwork. I was so happy I booked with them. The prices are great and they come and collect from your accommodation or college. It was super easy to book and David, Elinor and Oksana were super helpful, in communications. The courier was a bit late for collection but he messaged me and even informed me after collecting. Great service. Thanks!

Moving is always stressful, but my driver, Danny Cartwright, was incredibly helpful when he came to pick up my boxes. He was super friendly, which made the process SO much smoother than I thought it would be! I would 100% use kit keeper again in the future.

The information on the website is really helpful especially the FAQs! Queries made via email are answered quickly by helpful staff who follow up on the order throughout the whole process. The collection of boxes was on time and handled with care.

Really great storage company. I received a call when the driver was on his way. All in all, a very smooth process. Only downside was that I had to move the boxes to the ground floor of my building without assistance from the driver.

It was really a great experience with Kit Keeper. I was really amazed by their fast delivery. They collected the boxes on Friday and delivered them the next day, thanks to their fast delivery. All my boxes are intact, including one monitor and one CPU. Only one suggestion is to update the contact timing on your website to only weekdays. I tried on Saturday, but it was closed.

It is the second time Kit Keeper helped me storage my luggages. Everything is perfect. The staff is very responsible. Also I am going to book the third order recently.

The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. When I faced an issue the staff resolved it immediately. They were exceptionally helpful and provided personalised service throughout the entire process, keeping me informed via email and/or phone call about the collection and return of my packages. A very pleasant experience for my first time using KitKeeper to store my uni belongings during the vacation. Website was clear and easy to use. Very kind and helpful staff offering a personalised service during every step of the process (email and/or phone call to inform me that my two suitcases had been collected and returned). Reasonable prices for a student. I only have one suggestion to improve: send a confirmation email after the order has been placed, including a receipt with a breakdown of the full cost of the service. Thank you KitKeeper!

We used KitKeeper to store student essentials over the Christmas break during our daughter’s first holiday at college. The interface on the website was really easy to use, the customer service through email and phonecalls was superlative, and the follow up after the service was a nice touch. The communication with the van driver was clear and timely, and all done with a smile. The pre-printed labels are clear and the boxes of high quality. The main reason we will use KitKeeper again is that they offer flexibility in your booking, thereby accommodating ever-changing arrangements, even last minute ones, of students! End to end, the experience was personal and thoughtful and I would highly recommend them.

Had a great experience storing my suitcases with them, right from pickup to delivery. If you are a student, don't look anywhere else. The support staff handling my booking was very helpful.

The entire process went smoothly and efficiently. Everyone involved during the booking, the pick-up and the return was very friendly and helpful. My boxes were picked up and returned punctually and in good condition. I can highly recommend this service.

Another fantastic experience with kit keeper.Boxes delivered both from home and from storage promptly without any problems. Both David and Oksana were incredibly helpful and checked in regularly to make sure the process was going smoothly. Cant fault them!

I don't take out time to write such detailed reviews. But KitKeeper deserves it! :)

I have never experienced such an incredible customer support and professionalism in a very long time, especially by a logistics company. Here are three reasons:

1) Smooth Boxes delivery and Collection, FANTASTIC PRICE: As an international student, the process of moving and storage was overwhelming: most other companies had very high prices and such a difficult process to arrange the storage. BUT KITKEEPER MADE IT SO EASY! The delivery of boxes was right on time, they even accommodated to a date change. Throughout the process they were in touch with me and kept me in the loop. Moreover, their prices are very reasonable and super affordable!

2) During Storage Period: HERE IS THE BEST PART. I had overestimated how much luggage I would have and taken a more expensive plan. Two months later ( my stuff was in storage)- I get an email from Oksana (An employee) saying that I haven't stored those many boxes- they not only changed my plan midway but gave me refund for the two months of the extra amount I had paid! In today's day and age, where everything in companies has become about profit, I was genuinely touched by this kind of authenticity and spirit to put customer's first!

3) Redelivery: I got confused with the portal and was not sure of how to schedule redelivery. I sent them an email and within one working hour they send me a detailed email with step-by-step screenshots of how I can use their website to schedule redelivery. They also said that if I was still struggling, I could reach out to them and they will schedule it on my behalf!

Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! If I have to point a very minor flaw it would be the design of their website and the intuitiveness of scheduling/rescheduling on the website portal. But honestly, their incredible strengths of customer service and professionalism makes up for this very minor flaw. :)
